On a busy day of the week Friday, 8/7/26 I asked the teller, JESSICA, why is there only one teller…read morewhen it was my turn. She said "I can't tell you why". Two elderly women arrived after me and one of the women told the older one to go sit down knowing there would be a long wait. The line was all the way to the door. Then I asked her to cash one of two checks. The second one was for $2,780.00 and I told her I wanted to apply it towards my credit card balance and asked her what it was so I could pay that amount. She told me a wrong balance so I questioned her about it and she realized what she said was wrong. She then cashes the check and told me the check was for $2,700.00 and I told her that also was wrong. She opens up her drawer and looks at the check and tells me the machine was wrong. So ok then I'm thinking you're supposed to LOOK at the amount to confirm. She said an off the wall comment "my grandmother once told be to be glad". You'd think at some point she would have apologized rather than say something so unprofessional. She made about 6 mistakes. This situation needs to be addressed not only regarding Jessicas incompantancy but also her unprofessionalism.

Didn't get a call back for the first 24 hours but did decide not to wait and called the local branch to try for a response. By the 4th day my husband walked back in and there she was- early 20's and clueless. Uh..... I didn't know when to call you! 7.9% is the interest rate and couldn't ANYONE have answered that question??? We took our business elsewhere. Thank you though, for the heads up on your incompetency.
