The Oroville Branch has never had the sterile corporate feel to it like the other larger banks. I've never had a problem using my cards and making deposits while traveling and they've always met my financial needs. I think we have gotten used to the cold institution feel and expect it from Banks today and that's not what you get here. Cindy M. belittled my mother and made her cry over a situation that was out of her control. Recently, we lost my dad (they've been married for almost 40 years) and a situation happened where we had no control over it. Cindy told my mom to stop "writing bad checks and she wouldn't overdraw" while in front of other customers, as well as making another teller cry in front of my mom. Not sure why they'd keep a teller around that's okay with making a customer feel this way.

Amy and Donna have been a constant source of helpfulness during the last two years. Due to the wonky hours they've been told to follow (later openings, and closed for lunch) Amy and Donna go the extra mile to help people by pulling business night drops 2x a day- instead of just the morning (like many other banks). I can't tell you how many times I've squeaked in just before lunch break to make a deposit and get a change order. Each time I am helped with a big smile.
