My only complaint is that on my first scheduled appointment time, he was a no show. I called and got no answer. He ended up calling hours later letting me know he was sick. This was understandable and we rescheduled. The next time, he called early saying he was on his way. I wasn't home since our appointed time was still a couple hours out. He started on the exterior inspections and luckily it ended up working out. Though there were some scheduling issues, I would still recommend this company and will use them for any of my future needs.

He said I could get some "illegals" to come and work on it for $1000 but they wouldn't be insured, blah blah blah. I had a friend who does professional brick work throughout the valley then come to give me a quote and he said my chimney was one of the best he's seen and that I definitely didn't need any work done on it right away. He said this was a classic case of a company seeing dollar signs and just wanting to up-sell.
