I understand there may not be change at times. maybe a drip was just made or there just isn't enough in the till, just say "I'm sorry I don't have change at the moment" that's ok I can take my money elsewhere and get good customer service. the night crew isn't even the same. people leaning on the counters on their phones don't even greet you. The store can be a mess but yet they stand around as if their only job is to help a customer at the register and I know this is not how these jobs work.
