There's even a sort of tiny hydraulic elevator that's you don't find elsewhere. Overall the equipment caters to littler kids, but there is plenty to keep interest of older kids too. I wouldn't be thrilled about the idea of sending kids to this park without supervision...although it's not exactly 'ghetto' like other reviewers have said, there are some 'unsavory' characters hanging out around this particular part of town from time to time.

The toddler area is fun for older toddlers but there's not a lot of space for little to crawl outside the ballpit, because there's a ton of adults watching their babies. There's also a lot of older kids that enter and start jumping into the ball pit, which makes me worry about somebody getting hurt. If the space was bigger and it was more clear that it was only for little, it would be better. It's generally clean but compared to the one in Spanish fork it doesn't seem as well maintained. I definitely think this is a great spot for 6 years +. Anybody who has kids lower in age should expect to have to go in and follow their kid around.

And there it is, at the end of the street. In fact, there's not really any formal parking, just parking along the side of the cul-de-sac. There are a few picnic tables and one pavilion, a water spigot, garbage service, and a playground. The playground is actually pretty cool, and probably the main attraction. Mostly, though, there's a whole lot of grass here. If you want to run free, picnic, or play a game of ultimate, football, or anything else that requires lots of open space, this is your big grassy field. In the back corner there's a chain link backstop, but no real baseball diamond to speak of as it's all grass. Ya, a little strange to be finding this little park in the middle of a residential neighborhood, but strange is good in this case. A nice diversion and certainly in this incredible fall weather, a nice place to get out of the house while we still can.

There's a baseball area among the large grass field and several large trees that provide ample shade on a hot summer day. There's also a covered picnic pavilion with several Punic tables. The picnic area is a little worn out and the tables are dirty.

I noticed wheelchair ramps, modified swings and playground facilities that anyone could use. From their website, the old playground was "loved to death." What a great thing! So the new one was constructed with EVERYONE in mind. Wood chips are gone and replaced with a rubberized soft play surface. There are plenty of slides, swings and things to climb on. There are also a bunch of areas that are covered by canopy-like things, providing shade cover. Parking is still a little iffy-the road is one-way and depending on where you enter the park, you may have to drive the entire loop before you get to the playground. But it's worth the drive. While you're there, be sure to check out the library and take a walk around the park-there's plenty of space to roam!

This new Regional Park held a "grand opening" in June 2023, unveiling a huge grassy field, multiple jungle gyms, a basketball court, a Pavillion you may rent, and a restroom facility. Nestled in a residential area, there's sweeping views of mountains all around. Don't even worry about parking....there's LOTS of parking, at least three different lots all around this majestic park. I didn't see any EV chargers though. Maybe those will arrive in future phases? I mean, there's LOTS of space for solar panels and it is blazing with sun.... According to their website, Phase 1 was a $18 million investment from a handful of different organizations. Now, 160 acres is a lot of grass and plants...where is the water coming from to maintain this greenery?

Some very fond memories of my dad getting the old inner tubes, blowing them up, and tubing down. He took my little brothers a couple times and I went as a pre-teen and the hill seemed much smaller then. As a teen, my first ever paying job was here. Again, it was still a school, and they had baseball diamonds where I was an umpire for tee-ball. Such memories. When they got rid of the school, I was curious to see what would happen. What sprung up in its place was a park that the next generation of kids will have to fill their memories. Instead of the school, and a winter-only sledding hill, this is a full-blown summer park. Apparently splash pads are a thing. Safer than a pool (at least for drowning) and still built to keep you cool in the heat of the summer, there's a big ol' splash pad here that's built for the little ones to stomp around and get wet. Bring the sunscreen. As others have mentioned, there's a lack of shade here, so you'll want to protect yourself from the sun. And it's probably best as a weekday reprieve. It swarms with kids on the weekends and you might get elbowed around. Beyond the splash pad, you've got some playgrounds that are geared towards different aged kids, some courts, and a whole lot of grass. This park covers the bases for lots of kids of different ages and will surely be one of the places to provide them with fond childhood memories.
