Mauro came by to do estimate as arranged, very punctual. He was very nice and easy to talk to, he listened to my requests and made good suggestions. The price was right and he had a crew available to do it that day!!! The 3 man crew arrived on time, the Forman reviewed everything with me (Mauro had sent him pictures with cuts drawn in) we discussed and they got right to work. I watched as they worked and we fine tuned the job as they went. Perfect! They worked hard, even during the rain, and did exactly what I wanted. They were very pleasant and easy to work with, they did a nice job being careful of my fish pond etc and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend them. I would hire them again. read more

Dylan and his tree trimming crew did a great job trimming our large oak tree, cutting off the dead branches, trimming it back off our roof and cleaning up all the debris dropped from the tree. I especially appreciated Dylan's excellent communication skills. He let me know he would be delayed due to another large job, and precisely when I could expect him. I just finished working with Sierra Pacific (Mauro for the estimate and work and Liz for the office coordination) for brush clearance, tree removal, and tree trimming to reduce the fire danger on 10 acres in El Dorado Hills. I live in So Cal and was able to set up 3 estimates for a Monday and made the trek up north to learn what needed to be done and how we could coordinate it. Mauro arrived on time, explained exactly how he would handle the work needed, and gave me a quote that was very reasonable and fair, so much so, that I hired him and his crew for a second day of work that was not required. We set a date, the work was done, and he submitted pictures of the work contrasting pictures I had taken while up there. My awesome, full time neighbor validated the quality of the work and the fire department did the same. We were able to communicate well throughout the process via email and phone, and the workmanship was better than I was hoping for. I have already asked them to send me a reminder next April and have marked it on my calendar to make sure we work together again next year. Excellent customer service and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend Sierra Pacific Tree Care. Dylan and his partner showed up on time and cleaned up completely after trimming 14 of our oak trees. Being an arborist, Dylan knows how to trim trees properly without jeopardizing the trees' health. For one, he does not use climbing spikes as do many of the tree care services in this area. After night of heavy wind & rain, our 25-year old Australian Willow uprooted and fell over onto our pool equipment and backyard fence. Received 1st quote from another tree removal company which seemed high. For 2nd quote, Sierra Pacific Tree Care owner Mauro came over to assess and quoted half the cost of the 1st quote. We also asked if they could prune our tall crepe myrtle tree and remove a large photinia shrub root stump. Cost of the 3 tasks came under the 1st company's quote just to remove one fallen tree. Mauro's team of 4 came out that afternoon and completed our 3 tasks in about 1-1/2 hours, working in light rain. They brought their tree grinder machinery which grounded thick branches, stumps & thick roots to fine wood chips. Their cleanup was excellent and they worked quickly as a team. We did not expect to receive immediate service, especially after the big wind storm and most tree removal companies would be super busy. Our favorite tree service was booked so we tried Sierra Pacific Tree Care and now we have a new favorite! Dylan gave us a fair price. He communicated with us all through the job, showed up on time and finished very fast. He took down some large, tall Ponderosa's and we could see he paid serious attention to safety and he is very skilled. The trees were very close to our house and he handled the challenge with care.
