I wanted something local and unique. My husband and I had lunch at Penelope's and was walking back to the car when the Village Goldsmith's jewelry displays caught my eye. Here was some unique jewelry representing Estes Park and RMNP. I ran inside and Karen helped us immediately. She said that the pieces I was interested in (rings with RMNP's mountain ranges) were designed and cast in house. And surprise surprise of COURSE the only one on display fit my hand perfectly. My husband insisted we buy it and I walked out with a lovely and memorable piece of jewelry. Not only was it special to the location, it was custom made, locally designed, and hand cast. It is very special and we spent all day taking photos of it next to the mountain ranges it represented HAHA. Thanks, Karen!
