The reason I am writing this review is because the service was amazing. We live in Alaska and never even went into the office. Everything was handled over the phone or by email. Debra was great to work with and has gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our order. I ordered my ring a little bit too small and she just had me send it back for resizing at no charge.

They worked very efficiently, and we were very grateful that they were so open to answer our questions before the process started, and make edits when we asked for slight changes to be made to our engraving and a couple other details. Deb was extremely kind and a pleasure to work with. And even though we live on the other side of the country, we were able to work with them entirely over the phone and email without any problems. Best part was that I'd been look for a the perfect turquoise ring for almost three years. Plus, at half off the original price, it seemed like a dream come true.
