No call the day of or before, despite it showing and stating the appointment was booked. My advice: dont use so many technology advertising/booking tools if your business doesnt have the capacity to integrate them into your schedule properly. People will use booking tools you provide and expect them to be honored the same as a booking over the phone.

My house had been pretty warm but it looked like the thermostat said it was cooling. I called Mill Creek and they had a technician come out. Tim Wilson was great to work with. He diagnosed the problem after a leak check, checked their history on the heat pump, called the office for more info, and I was told I needed refrigerant and a new compressor. The company called the manufacturer and because it wasn't that old the compressor was provided to me at no cost, and also a discount on the refrigerant. The new part arrived a few days later, Tim showed up timely and obviously knew what he was doing. He installed things, double checked my thermostat, answered my questions and provided a written description of his work. I was very happy with my experience with Mill Creek Heating and this employee!

Last week, when the system was not functioning, two technicians came out and worked on the issue. They were professional and courteous, and we appreciated their efforts. However, the next morning the same problem occurred, and the house was again without heat. When I called to report the issue, my first call was routed to an answering service and I did not receive a return call. I called again and reached someone at the business. When I explained that the system was still not working and the person responsible for paying the bills was understandably upset, the woman who answered responded by saying, " That doesn't matter to me." I found this response dismissive and completely inappropriate, particularly given the amount of money we have spent with your company and the urgency of the heating issue. As a result of both the unresoved issues and this interaction, we will not be using Mill Creek again, nor recommending your services to others.

They scheduled our appointment a few days in the future and gave us a basic estimate and made it clear additional costs might be added to bring our old house up to code. Lee our installer phoned an hour before he arrived to let us know he was on the way. Lee and his young apprentice did a very good and professional job including inlet shut off valve, leak detection valve, new hoses and soldering of fittings and earthquake bracing.. They hauled away the old heater and cleaned up any installation debris. It only took a couple hours.They were very polite and answered all of our questions. I am very happy with the entire job and the cost. This is the best and easiest way for someone who is not a DIY guy, and who is elderly to get your hot water heater replaced.

I have a small storm drain line that serves my gutter system and a floor drain on the back patio under my deck. Over time it fills with the sand that slowly wears away from my roofing shingles along with any other bits of moss or debris that winds up getting flushed down my downspouts. I had this same company out 4 years ago when I first bought the house to flush it all out with a hydro jet. They did a great job and the price was very, very reasonable. Unfortunately, this past week's storms let me know that it was again clogged to the point of being unable to keep my patio from flooding during really heavy rains. I called them up again and was really pleased that they could get to me in a couple of days (it wasn't an emergency and they may have been able to get to me quicker if it were, but I didn't ask). I was even more pleased that the same gentleman who came out the first time was still with the company and would likely be the one to come this time as well. And he was. Loel was an absolute gem. He showed up on time (few minutes early...). He did an incredibly thorough job. Both times. This job was hourly and he didn't dally but got right to it. He was obviously highly skilled and efficient with years of experience and was a heck of a nice guy to boot. If I recall correctly, I think I had another of one of their guys out to clear a tub drain with a traditional auger snake after we bought this house as well and that also was a pleasant and reasonably priced experience Anyway... I can highly recommend these folks based on multiple interactions over several years. I hope your experience with them goes just as well.

Trevor and Robert were the electricians who came out to do the work. They were easy to work with and really cared about the project and got most of the work done in one visit. On what we thought was the final day (returning after the swim spa was delivered), we ran into minor hiccup from the manufacturer (missing one of the lugs to land the final wiring in the swim spa) Trevor went above and beyond to help me figure out how to get the missing part. I don't know who was more bummed about not getting the swim spa going him or I. After I got the manufacturer to overnight the missing piece, Trevor was able to return on very short notice and get us up and running.
