Once they enabled the issue computer immediately connected. Employee who had my computer for a couple days didn't even own that he made a mistake but tried making excuses. When I paid my bill he had an invoice that I never saw but did get a verification of pymt. When asking to see invoice he couldn't find it making excuses.
