Rob answered the phone and after a few words spoken on price (Cheapest I found after 3 calls), he was at my house in 25 minutes. Rob is very precise and fast, as if the two qualities are remotely related. lol. Rob mentioned that he may run into other issues such as garage door wire being rusted and that he would let me know. Now, as you can imagine, this may sound as a lead in for an additional fee. After all, he is at my house and I am stranded and at his mercy. So, twenty minutes had passed and I went outside to see how he and his partner were coming along. To my surprise, they were finished. No additional charge!
