When I arrived, the front desk found my reservation right away, and check-in was quick and stress-free. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room Quality:: The room's furniture was well-kept, and free from excessive wear that might hint at heavy room turnover. The carpet looked fresh, with no stains or tears in sight. Regarding the bed, the sheets were crisp and bright white. The mattress, pillows and duvet were comfortable. Bathrooms are where you'll see the most wear and tear, but this one was spotless. The layout was well-arranged. The towels looked like new, with a heavy pile and a crisp, bright white color. Sometimes when I travel, I prefer a room that's comfortable without being so luxurious that I don't want to leave. Other times, I appreciate an inviting space to unwind in, and the rooms here fit that perfectly. The décor, color palette, and furnishings were all appealing. I've noticed many hotel rooms lack good lighting, but here there's plenty of it, plus the option to adjust it just how you like. Stadium Swim:: Circa features an impressive pool complex with massive stadium screens for catching sporting events. While relaxing at the pool, I enjoyed a daybed and had an attendant to take my food and drink orders. Naturally, outside food and beverages aren't allowed since they sell everything on-site. For security reasons, there are also restrictions on what you can bring into the compound. Lockers are available for rent if you happen to have prohibited items with you and don't want to return to your car or room. Never crowded. Great colors and casino layout. The pool is very nice and easily in my top 5 in Las Vegas. The rooms are very modern and clean. Great bar called the Gatsby. Nice Mex Restaurant right when mall area starts near the back of the casino past the Gatsby bar, and a by-the-slice pizza place thats also very good. Wally's restaurant is somewhere I hope to try one day. LOTS of food options, even a buffet type, and an Eggslut-typa breakfast place, forgot the name. Great looking sportsbook and the western-like sportsbar next to it upon entrance both on the left. Theres also a steakhouse in a very bizarre location upper level and waaay to the left, isolated. Lots of places want to try in the future. If anything, it is a massive place when you venture out into the mall part (the convention and private event areas walk and walk and walk, too much empty room here, thats really the only flaw.) I have my top 5 places to stay in Las Vegas: 1) Durango, (this will never change) 2) Fountainebleu 3) Resorts World (a very close 3rd to FB) 4)Wynn (if you can afford without cramming 8 people in one room) 5) Aria If you want a shit show, stay at MGM, Bellagio, Caesars Paris, Flamingo, Planet Hollywood etc.) If you want simplicity and luxury feel without the massive crowds, come here. Well, horrible place I wouldn't be surprised if this hotel/casino does close down. I hope they either train their staff with some manners or hire some new people that don't have the worst attitudes. I'm going to make what could be a long story shorter. Basically I started out my trip with the…read morestomach flu. I had no idea as morning nausea is not out of the norm for me as I go through this new "change of life". My friend and I did a early check in at 1 pm after arrive by plane at 8:10 am. I then went to take a nap around 2. I got up to go see Absinthe and then the other symptoms started. Basically I stayed in my room and bed the majority of the 2 night 4 day trip. Man let me tell you though that bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. I'm still wishing I was sleeping on that bed. On my last morning there I woke up with stomach pain feeling like i was going to vomit and or to say the least crap myself. I went into the bathroom and while there trying to figure out what my body was going to do my hearing started going muffled I started sweating as if the floor was opening up and hell was coming for me and the room started going dark. I knew I was going to pass out l. I quickly got up pulled my pants up and layed down on the cool tile floor. I then called for my friend. She came and called the front desk..They sent their security who is also a trained and certified EMT! After assessment they called for an ambulance to come take me to the hospital. When I came back from the hospital the hotel let me stay until we had to leave for the airport (which was not until the evening) so that I had a comfortable safe place to get more rest to make it home. The kindness and caring of the hotel and quickness to respond to me was superb! While there are so many places to choose from in Vegas to stay I would say with most certainty I will definitely have Flamingo at the top of my list to book for future stays. and I would encourage you to do so as well. You never plan for something like this to happen but if it ever does, knowing that you have people who care and help you navigate this while in an unfamiliar place makes you just a little less scared of the uncertainty.
