had a very disappointing experience at Circa Resort & Casino. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. First, our room was delayed by over two hours. Then I was given a hard time because the reservation was originally under my wife's name. She was unable to make the trip with me in the end because our babysitter was late, and instead of trying to help, the staff told me I had to deal with the booking company myself. Even after I provided them with a new reservation under my own name, they still made me wait another hour because their system supposedly hadn't updated yet. After a 7-hour drive, they basically left me sitting in the lobby with no real assistance or effort to help resolve the situation. To make things worse, I later received an email confirming I could have a late checkout until 1 PM, but they deactivated my room key at 11 AM, which prevented me from getting back into the room to pack my belongings. In the end, they also charged me for late checkout after specifically telling me they would not charge me. Overall, this was the worst service I've experienced in Las Vegas, and I visit Vegas about four times a year. We decided to try a new hotel this time, but I definitely will not return and would not recommend this place to any friends or family. read more

My family and I had a reservation at Circa Resort & Casino and the experience was extremely disappointing--especially when it came to accessibility. My grandparents have clear mobility limitations and cannot comfortably walk long distances. When we asked about wheelchair or scooter assistance, we were told they are "only for people who are dying or emergencies" and that it's against policy to provide them otherwise. That response alone was shocking and completely inappropriate. We were given a number to call for scooter rentals, but the company they referred us to does not even deliver to the hotel--making the "solution" useless. No alternative options were provided. Even more concerning, there was no effort whatsoever to place us in an accessible room or accommodate their mobility needs in any meaningful way. For a major Las Vegas property, the lack of basic accessibility awareness and the dismissive attitude toward guests with mobility issues is unacceptable. Whether intentional or not, this is the kind of experience that makes people feel unwelcome. I would strongly reconsider staying here if accessibility is even a minor concern. read more

We stayed at Circa on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas because of a summer promotion that included $200 food/beverage credit and complimentary daybed at Stadium Swim with no minimums. Checking in was a smooth process after a short wait. Portfolio was provided via email upon checking out. There was a small discrepancy which was resolved quickly. Our hotel room was fantastic. Large, clean, newish, good ambiance. Comfortable bed, soft towels, and good water pressure in the shower. We had to use our room key to fetch a specific elevator - which I felt was more expedient compared to the usual elevator experience. Thankfully, our room did not face Stadium Swim because the music thumping could be easily felt in the higher floors. We liked that there were a bunch of eating establishments on the property to choose from. On the main floor, we thought the sports bar and the mega bar was impressive. Table minimums were high compared to the other Fremont Street casinos. There were plenty of slot machines on both floors. We didn't play much of either but I did win $. Dealers wore nice work uniforms. And, it didn't reek of smoke. Stadium Swim is impressive for those who want to relax and watch sports. We walked through but it's not our thing. Location of Circa is great. They have a nearby pay parking garage. It's walking distance to practically every Downtown casinos. Unfortunately, the constant, loud music blaring everywhere from morning to night was headache-inducing. Having to show our ID upon every arrival was a bit annoying (but understandable for enforcing the 21 and over policy) and could be an improved experience if they were friendlier at least to their hotel guests. I'm sure checking people's ID at the door effectively deters negative elements from entering so I get it. read more

This casino in downtown is one of my favorites for the expansive Sports Book. It's a great area to hangout, watch a game, gamble, and/or have a bite. Every time I have been here service has been prompt and pretty friendly. It's a 21+ place that ID's at the door. Parking is expensive, so I recommend parking down the street somewhere else and walking up to this casino. Overall, a fun time in a bustling location. read more

We loved staying here. We used the locals summer promotion which was an insult good deal and if they ever do it again we will definitely be staying again. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and very quiet which I was concerned about with it being Fremont street. There's so many good food options here as well. We also got a daybed at stadium swim which was fantastic. The food menu at the pool is very good. I do wish I could've gotten the lobster corn dogs but they only allow you to buy them in platters. My number one complaint is that there is absolutely no shade. This is Vegas and it gets insanely hot and the sun is crazy intense. In order to actually sat here most of the day, shade is absolutely necessary. We were only able to stay for like 2 hours because of the intense sun. read more

Update on Circa resort and Casino this past trip I booked a 1 bedroom suite for my sister and brother in law . Very nice wet bar with a large tv with a dinning table large living room with a fold out bed . Large room with a nice bathroom with a large walk in shower along with a double sink. Casino is kinda slow although made money the first night then went all back . Only downside I experienced their Valet service is not 24hrs I believe they close at midnight. I arrived around 1:30am and I was directed to park in the self parking garage across the street . Upon exiting the next day I had to pay a whopping $40 just to park overnight. Maybe need to park at a Boyds property next time LOL . read more

The casino manages to achieve the rare feat of having the worst of the downtown with the worst of the strip. The slot machines are extremely tight, probably even tighter than the strip. And unlike the other casinos in the downtown, wish her laid-back and give a better chance of winning, Circa is just the opposite. Not to mention you need to be 21 just to get in the hotel, something seen in almost no other casino. And the workers were very unfriendly and abrasive. They also charge barking and resort fees. Finally, it's in the downtown which is kind of seedy. I could not recommend this place to any one in good conscience. read more

We saw the men's Olympic semi-final hockey game at the bar. This place looks a tad dated, but I was told that it was the first casino to be built in downtown Las Vegas since the early 80s (it's fairly new ironically). It's a delightfully strange part of town actually...a lot of the older casinos still have a smoke stench and one arm bandits that still take coins. Circa is a little more upscale...but it's kind of muted in the appointments. If you are a sports better there is quite a screen and area for that. We had beer and my girlfriend was gambling a bit on the machines. I can't say I would be back since I really don't think downtown Las Vegas is appealing at all and Fremont Street is a bit creepy....but Circa was a bold move to come in as a modern casino in this area. read more

When downtown, I've always stayed at the "9th island" properties (The Cal and Main Street Station) or the Plaza. But I booked the Circa this time because their All-In Summer package was a good deal. Circa is DT's newest, tallest, and probably most luxe property. It's adults-only, a good thing; you must show your ID each and every time you enter through any entrance. The summer package included dining and bar credits, and a daybed at Stadium Swim without a minimum spend requirement. Supposedly I was to be contacted about the daybed reservation prior to my arrival, but this did not happen. I did reserve at the Legacy Club, the rooftop lounge, but later cancelled and just did a walk-in visit. I also made my own reservation at Barry's Downtown Prime. I arrived early and was hoping for an early check-in, even if it came with a cost. I was told there were 40 people ahead of me waiting for a room. I was told if I upgraded for an upcharge, a room would be ready sooner. A few options were given, I ultimately chose a Corner Studio; I was texted about an hour later that the room was ready. My northeast-facing room was slightly larger than a regular king. It had nice features such as a sofa, 2 arm chairs, a bench with storage underneath, an empty minifridge and large desk. The light switch by the bed had a lot of lighting options with fancy names. There were lights for housekeeping and privacy but I did not see any lights for these in the hall, just a Do Not Disturb placard. The bathroom had 2 sinks with a vanity in the middle. The large shower had a bench, wall-mounted products and excellent water pressure. Even though I was on the "quiet" side of the hotel, facing away from Stadium Swim and Fremont Street, I could still hear the thumping bass of music being played well into the night. Earplugs (not supplied) helped. The only food outlet I visited was Barry's, but there are 5 other eateries on-property. There are also multiple bars/lounges. I visited Legacy Club and Vegas Vickies. See separate reviews. Overall a pleasant and pretty luxe DT stay. I'd return if the price was right. read more

I have stayed on the strip at least 20 different times & decided to try Fremont. Of course I chose the newest & nicest hotel, Circa! I want to talk about my pros & cons on this 10/10 hotel. Pro: I felt SAFE. They card every guest who enters. No one can enter without providing and ID that gets scanned by a security guard. Upon entering the elevators to go to your room, you have to scan your key to for the door to open to even enter the elevator area. As a woman, I appreciated this very much! Cons: Well, you're staying in Fremont which unlike Circa is not very nice and gets boring real fast. I took a taxi to the Strip every day that I was here. Circa is the best thing at Fremont. Pros: Free admission to stadium swim if you're staying at the hotel. It's so much fun! Just like any other Vegas pool, the food & drinks are expensive. Cons: You do not get walk up service here at Stadium Swim...unless you purchase a bed or cabana. Otherwise you have to walk to the bar for every drink you purchase! Also the escalator to access the pool is SO LONG. I wonder how drunk guests do it. Pros: Very big and nice rooms. You can pay extra for the various views and sizes offered. The bathroom was nice. The shower pressure and the soap were phenomenal. I'm considering calling and asking what body wash that was! Pros (for most of us): This resort is 21 and up only. They card every person entering all day and night! Cons: The coffee shop here doesn't serve good coffee. There's no Starbucks or name brand coffee inside so if you need coffee, like myself, every morning, you'll have to venture out of the resort and find elsewhere. Pros: This is a great spot to gamble. The sports book is huge and there are plenty of tables and slot machines available. Also, plenty of bars to get a drink from! Overall, I LOVED Circa! I can't wait to come back. This by far is my favorite hotel downtown on Fremont Street. The rooms were so nice comfortable and clean. We had to be able to pool which was really nice but keep in mind. They do stay open late so you will hear music if you're in the room early. We were out most of the time at night so it wasn't a bother too much. Everyone was so nice from checking in to check out even the restaurants we ate at everyone. We're so welcoming. Everything was 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend circuit for a vacation or vacation because they always have awesome deals for locals as well. I will definitely be back love the rooftop bar in their pool is amazing so huge and has great food and drinks. It's heated and opened year-round. Such a cool casino with the biggest sports book, a ton of slot machines, the best food spots, easy parking at the garage mahal, friendly staff and the best pool! If you're a sports fan, look no further. The only complaint I have is I wish they had free parking for locals, or at-least a discount. It is full price to park here, which is a big reason a lot of locals I know don't come down here. If they had some sort of a discount, we would be here all the time! They have a huge bubble craps area which is such a popular game! They also have all the new and popular slot machines. Absolutely terrible experience. I been going to circa for years and my last experience will make it my last going. Booked my room 3-28-26 - 3-30-26. Drove 6 hours to find out circa sold my room. Another Full CIRCA Time for an update: I was a guest of Circa Resort and Casino for 3 nights in early March 2025. During my last experience at Circa, I was staying at the Golden Nugget, but visited Circa to gamble and eat. Aside from having a cool pool area/complex, we also wanted the experience of staying at a 21 and over property. NOTES 1. Circa is a 21+ resort/casino. Anyone entering the property (from Fremont Street, or even from the parking garage) must show their ID. 2. Their parking garage, Garage Mahal, is located across the street. Access via the pedestrian walkway bridge. 3. There are various bars and restaurants throughout the resort. During our stay, we ate at Victory Burger and 8 East (twice!). 4. Our room faced Stadium Swim (the pool area). We were told by the front desk that the music/noise from the pool area lasts till 11:00pm (presumably when the pool closes for the day). Unfortunately, there were no rooms available that were NOT facing the pool....which seemed to be more coveted by the guests; interestingly enough, we weren't bothered much by the music/noise from the Fremont Street Experience. 5. Guests will need their room key to access the elevator banks. To summon the elevator, guests will select the FLOOR on the keypad they would like to access, and the tablet will display your designated elevator (I think most hotels should utilize this format and technology, this will save time honestly). The check-in process was efficient, and was shorter than I anticipated as there were many other guests arriving. Our room was #2515, and as already stated, faced the Stadium Swim area. HOTEL AMENITIES 1. Stadium Swim pool area with multiple pools, bar, snack bar/grill area, hot tubs, complimentary lounge chairs, as well as day beds and cabanas (available for an extra fee). 2. As stated above, there are many bars and restaurants within Circa. We especially liked 8 East as we ate there twice. And if one is looking for other options, the hotel's proximity to the Fremont St Experience allows guests a short walk to other properties or food places. 3. 24 hour coffee shop located on 2nd floor casino level, near walkway to the Garage Mahal. ROOM AMENITIES 1. Spacious bathroom with 2 sinks and large walk-in shower. The shower pressure was strong and steady (A+). 2. Mini Fridge 3. Flat screen tv 4. Sitting area with foot rest and small table. There's also a long bench beneath the flat screen tv....which we used for our carry-ones and shopping bags. We thought the room was very spacious, more spacious than we expected. We especially liked the sitting area, and the view looking down on the pool area. Having a pool view allowed us to observe how crowded it was, and what chairs were available. We actually went to the pool everyday during our stay. Another aspect we appreciated about Circa was its location in Downtown LV, primarily its proximity to the Fremont St Experience. It was an easy and convenient walk from one end to the other of the FSE. And across the street from the hotel, there was pink box donuts at the Plaza. Lastly, we absolutely loved that it's a 21+ hotel/resort. After a disappointing experience at the Golden Nugget in the summer of 2023 (see my review!), it was nice to just be in an all adult environment. BOTTOM LINE A very positive experience as a guest at Circa. We absolutely loved the Stadium Swim pool area, and also the room. I would absolutely stay at Circa again on a future trip. read more

Bathroom on the casino floor are dirty and sticky...not spilled cocktail sticky either. Someone did their nails in the bathroom and there was nail glue everywhere, needless to say it got all over other drinks cups that were momentarily set on the sink counter. The next thing that could use some thought is the "complimentary" water situation. One can drop $100/person to get into the pool area and subsequently drop another big chunk of cash at the Stadium Swim, but can't get water without presenting a room key to the bartender on the casino floor or paying a silly amount for it bottle. Come on guys! Do better. The positive thing I will say is the pool is a fun environment and a great place to watch football. However, ink from the drink cups rubs off on your skin, so be careful how you hold them. I made the mistake of carrying my cup in my arm with my hand full of other belongings and towels and could easily become part of the blue man group. Really poor quality cups particularly given the cost per drink. read more

My first time at Circa and I have to say that I was impressed. One of the people in our group mentioned how much he liked Circa and I was a little skeptical-my last visit to old LV was not the most positive but I was willing to give it a chance. They do ID checks-which I thought was odd until I was told that the entire hotel is 21+ and even the hotels are for adults only. The owner's intent was to create a space just for adults and make Vegas less Disney-fied. The bar-longest in Vegas was impressive and I just wandered in awe at their massive sportsbook, just because. I ended up hitting the blackjack tables and our first dealer switched out to take a shift dancing. She ended up at a table to my right and asked how my luck was (I told her she was bad luck.) I ended up losing all the money I came to play with but still had a great time. I feel like Circa is the right balance between old and new Vegas: new Vegas flash but old Vegas vibes. The only downside is I asked for water at the bar and if you're not a guest they charge you for it-that's definitely something they need to copy New Vegas on. read more

We went to Circa Sportsbook to watch the National Football Championship between Indiana and Miami and had a lovely time. The hotel itself is 21+ so there are no kids, which was a huge plus for us. It was also super clean and smelled nice compared to all of the other casinos we had visited. We visited Skye and Taurus at the bar in the middle of the second floor near Victory Burger and they were the best bartenders ever!! For two people who don't know what they enjoy at the bar, they gave us super helpful suggestions and made awesome drinks all night. They were very friendly with awesome customer service and made me feel very welcomed when I approached the counter. I highly recommend Circa, especially for any big game you want to watch :) read more

Did not visit due to US President Travel Ban 956902395 I've said it before, and until one day I'm refunded I'll keep on saying it. Derek Stevens is a thief. I was booked in and paid with Avios. Could not enter country back in Covid times. That is understandable. What is not understandable is that this wretched thief would not refund a penny. Did not need to service my booking in any way, no bedding, no cleaning, no hot water, no associated staff costs. But to him, the country banning the guest's entry into the USA as the perfect opportunity to collect ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of what I paid and pocketed the lot. How is that my fault and how do you justify that contractually? The Circa actually cards you as you walk in (I have no idea how that works with hotel guests, and they have a huge sports book and TVs all over the place to watch games. There is a pp minimum to get a table, and if I had known about it, we probably would have eaten here, but just wanting a cocktail or two we hung out at the video poker spots on the upper deck. First, I have to say I've stayed here several times and been to several events here so this is Really to address the recent experience with parking specifically either I was here longer than three hours or someone else drove and I did not realize that you had to pay for parking here even it's in Nevada local. Not a big deal. I just didn't realize it and was trying to scan the ID and called. They said they don't do that for Nevada ID. That's OK I just didn't realize but the specific reason I'm writing this review is that the response from the parking attendant and then later the manager was so rude. Really unnecessarily so. I'm always surprised when they don't honor this free parking for locals, but really it could be communicated in a nice way. I used to be a customer service manager in Travel so believe me I understand sometimes Customer Service conversations are not fun, but there's really no reason for rudeness or not being empathetic. All that was needed was politely to explain and have some empathy. I want to say, thankfully I've had a lot of great experiences inside the casino so this is specifically for the parking policy and staff. read more

First time at this hotel and boy did it impress! If you're ok with the the modern vibe, blaring music, nightlife of viva Las Vegas, you will love this hotel. Security is on point! They check everyone entering the property. Staff were very accommodating, friendly, and oh so friendly. The property was gorgeous and modern. Clean crisp, with lots of machines for you to play. Sports book area is huge. Ohhhlala, property is so sassy classy and chic. Our room was on point and unbelievably comfortable! I slept like a baby.transferred from another hotel, and boy I felt the difference. The pillow was unbelievably comfortable and no stiff neck.
