GETTING HERE: It's Vegas baby! Turn on your navigation, follow the signs, and you will land right to it. Just an FYI, the parking can be very convoluted on your first try (at least it was for us.) But once you've parked here, you'll forever get it straight. REVIEW: I thought this was going to be an ^updated review, but I realized I've never reviewed the FLAMINGO. Let's rectify that now. This visit a few months ago hurt. It really hurt. I won't wax poetic about old Vegas and how things have changed in 2026. It just makes me so sad to see the FLAMINGO turning into shambles. The service absolutely sucked. From the front desk staff to the bartenders to the dealers, and more. Everybody hated their job and it was painfully clear that everybody hated their job. The only relative pleasant experience we had was stealing with the housekeeping support staff on our floor. Also, if you are in the rooms above the LINQ promenade, be sure to bring some earplugs. There's a Mexican restaurant that plays techno music until two and 3 o'clock in the morning. Finally, after two nights of this, we advocated for ourselves and move to a different room. Asking for that accommodation was beyond painful in and of itself. But with the amount of money that we paid to stay at the FLAMINGO, we should have been treated to a better experience. At the bare minimum we should've been able to sleep without issue - and not been treated with such disdain and disgust when advocating for ourselves to change rooms. We just needed sleep. As of this Spring 2026 review, I would caution you to stay here at your own risk - risk of no sleep and horribly rude service.

We had 2 separate stays at Flamingo within 1 week: King room with prime strip view (Bellagio fountain, Caesar with Omnia) and double Queens with Sphere view. Both of them are amazing for such prizes with the views. We always stay at Flamingo for all our business and personal trips. The resort and casino are always clean and well decorated. You can walk to many different stores, restaurants and attractions nearby within 5-10 minutes. Book in advance for better deals :)

The Flamingo sits mid-strip and is a longtime favorite. It offers its wildlife habitat, a Cuban coffee bar, and Lisa Vanderpump's adorable Pinky cocktail bar. It also sits near the Linq Promenade which offers shopping and several restaurants. We had a fun time playing cheaper slots and after $3 in a nickel machine, I cashed out $121. Not bad! My experience is from a casino and hotel visit (rather than a person staying overnight).

The flamingoes are fine! I traveled to Vegas just a few days after the Canadian stole a flamingo and brought him up to his room! (No joke, check need outlets.) Some the flamingoes are back to enjoying that Vegas life. But you now cannot get as close and a Falmibgo employee in onneatch at all times for the safety of the flamingos. A crane was trying to fly but he couldn't. And it was sad to watch so we moved along. Great spot for photos. After all these years of traveling to Vegas I never once thought about looking at the flamingoes. Glad I checked in on them.

I went to Flamingo hotel & casino to visit the wildlife sanctuary. The elevators in the parking garage (that cost $25 to park at) weren't working properly. Most people had to take the stairs. For $25 there should be more elevators & all functional, especially going into the summer. The wildlife habitat is amazing.

I stayed here for the first time over Cinco de Mayo weekend, and unfortunately, it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had in Las Vegas. My 3 day, 2 night stay cost around $700, so I expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness. After a long day out, my cousin and I returned to the hotel around 5am, ready to get some rest. When we pulled back the sheets, we discovered multiple red, blood-like stains all over one of the bedsheets. We had originally planned to sleep in separate beds, but because of the condition, we were forced to share one bed for the night. The following morning, we waited in the long check-in line to report the issue. When we finally spoke to staff, the only solutions offered were either a food/beverage voucher or having our $20 parking fee comped. Considering we paid approximately $700 for the stay and one of our nights was significantly impacted, we did not feel this was an appropriate resolution. We accepted the parking comp and specifically requested that the stained sheets be replaced before our final night. Staff assured us this would be taken care of. However, when we returned to the room about 12 hours later, around 11:30pm, the bed was exactly as we had left it -- the stained sheets had still not been changed. At that point, I was extremely frustrated. We had already spent over 30 minutes waiting to speak with staff earlier in the day, received only minimal compensation, and the issue remained unresolved. When I called to report the issue again, the staff suggested it may have been because we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign displayed. I had to repeatedly explain that I clearly communicated the situation to staff multiple times and was assured someone would resolve it. Instead, 12 hours later, nothing had been done, and I felt as though I was being blamed for the situation. Later that night, after leaving the room again and returning around 4am, I discovered that although the bed had been remade, the stained sheets had still not been replaced. At that point, I was completely fed up and decided to address the matter again during checkout. Once again, we waited in a long line to speak with staff. Unfortunately, the employee assisting us had a poor attitude throughout the interaction. I expressed my frustration calmly, yet I received no apology, empathy, or clear answers to my concerns. As someone who also works in customer service, I expected far better treatment from an establishment of this level. During the conversation, the employee walked away mid-discussion without explaining that she was getting a manager. When the manager arrived, she was dismissive, unapologetic and seemed uninterested in hearing our concerns. She simply stated that our resort fees would be removed, without clearly explaining that this applied to all three days. Initially, I was confused because I did not understand why they believed approximately $70 off a $700 stay was adequate compensation for the inconvenience and poor service we experienced. Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I have never been treated this way at any establishment before. I am not a confrontational person, so having to repeatedly advocate for myself, only to be met with dismissiveness and a lack of empathy made the experience even more upsetting. The first staff member I spoke to was a trainee, so I was unable to catch her name, either for the manager. However, the second staff member I spoke to was named Kelly. Update: It's been a week since our visit. Now looking back at our statements, we only received one day of the resort fee compensated off our total. $56 off a $700 weekend total. The parking fee wasn't waved either. I would do zero stars if possible. This is actually ridiculous considering I asked for a confirmation email stating we'd have our discount and the manager lied straight to our faces.

I'm not sure why this hotel has a bad reputation. I loved the location of it- right by everywhere that I wanted to visit. The atmosphere inside isn't bad at all. I waited in line to check in when I was kindly redirected to a kiosk for a faster and easier check in. The lady was super kind and patient despite the chaos and impatience of other guests haha. Only the inevitable in Vegas. The feathers stuffed in the pillows triggered my allergies, however I was able to sleep fine after putting a blanket over the pillows. The room was overall clean, and the casino had a nice vibe. I would definitely come back!

This review is just based on a visit to the casino and flamingo habitat areas. We found the casino to be huge and full of fun machines. Drink service was good. Parking was easy and close to lots of shops, restaurants and the casino. The outside flamingo habitat was great and had a lot of ducks and a rehab pelican. Fun to explore out there. The location of the Flamingo is great. Easy access to many casinos and the High Roller. So many shops and restaurants around...you could stay in this area all day!

Issues: Shower didn't drain one of my key cards didn't work Sheets felt like sandpaper and the entire room is very underwhelming and needs to be remodeled Mattress is lumpy Very hard to hear people on the phone if you try calling front desk etc. Early check in fee is stupid I had to pay $22 despite my confirmation saying Check in is 3pm. They insisted its 3:30pm. The express checkout wouldn't work so I had to wait in line just to check out. 3/19/26 The habitat is extremely overhyped and very small. I feel very bad for the animals there because they have to just be there in this type of heat and dryness . Wildlife shows were all canceled. In the lobby, Starbucks charges you for water and has extremely crazy prices. Two bottles of water at the little express thing cost me near $16. Pros: Luggage service is cool I can go on and on, but I'm not staying here ever again.

The blinking blooming pretty pink lights of the Flamingo Hotel! These extraordinary pink neon "feather plume," is still around today. It was added details to the front of the hotel in 1977. One of the oldest hotels that is still around today after all the renovations to the strip year after year. It's currently part of the Caesars Entertainment complex. Shall we play a while. Perhaps stay too! Being a local, you sometimes forget about the historical significance that each place has. The Flamingo Hotel represents everything "Vegas!" All the pink neon, flamingos, and fun under one roof. Truly what's unique, and why it's still around. The ties that the Flamingo Hotel share in common with Las Vegas go all the way back to its inception. The glory old days with Bugsy Siegel. In fact make sure and have a drink at a bar in his namesake, and toast Mr. Siegel! Maybe Lady Luck will bring you some good fortune. If you're seeking more fun when you come out and visit here's a must see. The "real flamingos," are outside in a special habitat made just for them. Stroll through the habitat and see what they have created . It's fun to see. In the waters around and below the boardwalk, under your feet the koi fish swim around. Many birds gather around this area. Take a picture and remember some fun things that you shared this day at the Flamingo! Now that you can see what's here, stay for a little show. While you wait the Linq boardwalk has all sorts of interesting things to keep you entertained. Come and stand on one leg, and be flamboyant. Get your feathers ruffled. Let's play b

I love this hotel. Yes, it's a bit outdated, but they're working on it. The location is amazing and if you get a room with the strip view, even better. This hotel is centrally located and close to everything. Bus stops are within walking distance too. There is a little food court next to the casino as well as live flamingos in their court yard.

Bathroom. Note only half the shower is covered causing water to splash on the bathroom floor.

(Hotel review only) It's been over 20 yrs since I last stayed at the Flamingo. I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms. It was clean and very comfortable. My room was very quiet and I slept well at the end of the day. The TV and the available channels where what I would expect. The only complaint I had was that the bathroom shower doors are half glass and half open. The first time I took a shower, water splashed into the bathroom because half the shower was uncovered.. I noticed there was a shower curtain rod, so I called and asked for a shower curtain for my bathroom. It wasn't a problem for them. I asked the staff member if they forgot to put a shower curtain in my room. He said management does not want them to leave the shower curtains in the room and only to bring them up when asked. He said he suggested to management, they leave them in there because this happens a lot. But management disagrees. So that was a little annoying. Also annoying is the additional parking and resort fees that all the vegas strip hotels charge. It was almost half my room cost.

The Flamingo is a huge hotel, amazing casino and "one stop shopping" for casual or upscale food. We did the full loop from Auntie Anne's to Pinky's by Vanderpump. All the big hotels have self express checkout. The pool wasn't open when we visited. The Flamingo is on the "strip" and is accessible by the Monorail. It is easy to get lost inside but that is also how you will discover fun things. There are a few shows available in the Flamingo. If you need directions inside the hotel, ask anyone not affiliated with serving drinks by the slot machines or someone working at a table. The guards were the most helpful. The building has elevators and ramps. Make sure you sign up for the free player's card.

Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

had a very disappointing experience at Circa Resort & Casino…read more From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. First, our room was delayed by over two hours. Then I was given a hard time because the reservation was originally under my wife's name. She was unable to make the trip with me in the end because our babysitter was late, and instead of trying to help, the staff told me I had to deal with the booking company myself. Even after I provided them with a new reservation under my own name, they still made me wait another hour because their system supposedly hadn't updated yet. After a 7-hour drive, they basically left me sitting in the lobby with no real assistance or effort to help resolve the situation. To make things worse, I later received an email confirming I could have a late checkout until 1 PM, but they deactivated my room key at 11 AM, which prevented me from getting back into the room to pack my belongings. In the end, they also charged me for late checkout after specifically telling me they would not charge me. Overall, this was the worst service I've experienced in Las Vegas, and I visit Vegas about four times a year. We decided to try a new hotel this time, but I definitely will not return and would not recommend this place to any friends or family.

Restaurants where dining credits can be used for takeout change all the time. Silverton restaurants including Twin Creeks, Mi Casa and Su Casa and Mermaid Bar qualify for dine in only. In the past dining credit could be used for takeout at Mi Casa and Su Casa. In March I used dining credit to eat at Twin Creeks. Today I had 2, $15 dining credits, one could be used for takeout at WuHu only, the other for takeout at WuHu or Sundance Grill. WuHu usually has a long line to order and in person is the only option. I'm a believer in offering options for using dining credit to make it easier for everyone to actually use it. Usually the credit is available for 48 to 72 hours after printing at a kiosk. Other monthly casino promotions include weekly gifts and drawings. Silverton has been pretty unique (tho not alone) in offering branded gifts. Lately I've received a Silverton branded travel mug, T shirt, tote bags and hats. I share it as often as I keep it. Their restaurant variety is impressive and includes Starbucks. Food and beverage inconsistency is a big reason for my 3 star rating.

Let's go in after some panning around our schedules. They have so much fun here with lots of food and drink choices . Food eateries that you have not been introducing too. They have two Vesta coffee places here. One in the front and the other in the main food court. Lots of good options for food. Yu or Me Sushi, how about that name? And a custom custard place. The heat of Vegas is coming . Let's stay cool . Are you looking to stay off the strip and for a few days they give discounts when you book extra days in a row. They offer natural lighting from the outdoors for the casino. The parking is free here and it's not clustered with all sorts of Las Vegas traffic. It's safer than the strip too. Close to all sorts of things to do and see! It's probably more locals focused and offers around two hundred rooms. This hotel still has that new smell, with fresh paint type of air. The gambling is on point . The sports book is all open ready for your bets. It's unique too comes connected to the George Restaurant and its features indoor and outdoor seating . Wow! And it's not even busy . Again they have a bar called Drink with indoor and outdoor seating too . The prices are lower than the ridiculous ones that's on the strip. Come out and see what's happening with a little slower part of Vegas . Play some table games or try your luck at something other digital game. The black jack tables are low at a ten dollar minimum. Remember to stay here too the hotel rooms are new and truly lovely! What's not to love that new Casino Smells here at the Durango Casino.

I understand there is a need for a second tower and more parking space but the garage sucks. For starters, the first floor is just valet. It makes it hard with my mom who uses a mobility scooter to get into elevators. Also, they put the good parking spots behind a pay wall so you have to walk quite a bit to get onto the elevators no matter what. The thing that bothered me the most is that they got rid of what made Durango so gorgeous and unique, which is the fact that it had a lot of natural light coming in through both types of the Casino's giant glass doors, now all of that is sealed off, making it look like a warehouse. Obviously nothing to be done anymore, but a completely different feel

When I arrived, by rideshare, I was dropped off at the front entrance. It was super busy and there were a whole lot of cars. I walked into the lobby with my luggage and went to the registration counter. The person who checked me in was awesome. After receiving my room keys, I made myself up to my room. I had to walk through the casino, and there were a lot of people inside. It seemed like a very lively place to be. I got to my elevator area and it was great because they have guards verifying that only hotel guests are entering the room towers. They have a scanning machine where you scan your room key to verify that you are a valid guest. This made me feel very secure and happy about where the conference chose to host us. I had stayed at the Palazzo before and I was super impressed with that property in this resort. Let me tell you the Venetian was five or six star to me. This place is super luxurious and well appointed all throughout. My room was absolutely fabulous, very clean, smelled awesome, and I didn't itch at all during the whole week of staying in this room and sleeping in this bed. The marble floors of the bathroom were phenomenal. The shampoo, lotion and conditioner, plus body wash was amazing and smelled wonderful. I will happily stay here again and I signed up for their Venetian rewards before I came. Unfortunately, my $1700 stay did not make it onto my Venetian rewards account for some reason, I even paid 2 months in advance. I went to the Front Desk of Venetian rewards when I checked out and they were not able to help me to apply the $1700 stay to my Venetian rewards. This was super disappointing and so I should have taken a star off for that, but the stay experience was awesome. The pool complex is amazing as well as the conference center. Everything at this resort is fantastic and I highly recommend going to the: Grand Canal shops to peruse, enjoying the gondola rides, the wonderful shops, being able to go to the Wynn property, and the Palazzo property, from this location, was all awesome. This review is for their Casino only…read more My husband and I are Vegas locals and were longtime patrons of Ellis Island, for about 7 years, until yesterday. We encountered a supervisor that was very rude and condescending. We requested help over a game, and it was his attitude, not his answer, that has deterred us from ever playing at or recommending Ellis to anyone. We were playing their new table game, Heads Up Hold Em (a variation of Ultimate Texas Hold Em). This is a game in which you play poker against the dealer only. Something important about this variation is that their Blind Payout has a Bad Beat Pay out, included. I have only ever seen this payout as a separate side bet in other casinos. This was the second time ever in 9 months that I had played this variation. Long story short, during a hand, the community board was K K 3 K K. I folded my hand of "2, 4". In a normal game of Ultimate Holdem, you would never play "2, 4". The dealer ended up having a 7, so while I would have lost, in this variation of poker I would have won money back for their "Bad Beat" Blind payout. We requested for a Supervisor to come and help us get my hand and bet back. This is a normal thing I have witnessed requested, and done myself in many casinos (Caesars, MGM, Stations, Tropical, all downtown). In every situation, the Supervisor aka pit boss, was always accommodating in allowing the patron back their hand and bets. The first supervisor did not understand that I folded a hand in which I would have won the "Bad Beat" Blind payout. It would have paid $250. She was accommodating nonetheless, and offered to give me a push. We then requested for another supervisor to come. Brian came, heard us, took awhile to understand, then told us "No". He was very rude and very unprofessional. Not because he told us no, but his demeanor in saying no was unprofessional. His attitude from the start was a very condescending "sucks to be you" attitude. Had he simply responded with an apology, stating that this Casino had rules that do not allow for patrons to get their hand back after a mistake, we would have accepted that. We were not drinking. We were not rude. We were not belligerent. We were patrons of 7 years that previously loved this place.
