She sketched out an example and CND took the drawing and created something to start with. We went back and forth many times on the design and I just didn't feel like it was right. I texted a friend who is a gifted designer and he quickly sent back a hand drawn modification of the design to consider and it was perfect. PERFECT! I forwarded the sketch to CND and they created the sign exactly as it was drawn. I expected this sign to be the centerpiece of our new lobby and once it was installed and turned on... IT IS! People love it and it and we couldn't be any happier. I'm overwhelmed by the level of craftsmanship. This is our second sign to have built by CND, certainly won't be the last either.

We had a deadline because we had to have to car back by a certain day. They made the deadline. But when we got to see the car for the first time, it blew our socks off. We had picked a pretty cool wrap. It's still a little nerve racking because you just don't know if it will look how you envision it. But their execution was better than we could have asked for. I requested a call about a week before by voicemail, then I checked in by email. That email was returned a few days later. Waited a week and nothing, left a VM and an email, nothing. Almost three weeks later I emailed them explaining that I would appreciate a response. They responded by saying they could not complete the sign, had no interest in the job, and had no resources for this kind of work. I literally ask to repeat my last order with another name.
