One dozen solid color balloons at a grocery store is $19.99. I called every store around and no one had the gold numbers I needed. So I kept my order with San Clemente Balloons and picked them up. This business is run out of their garage and the balloons were what I ordered. I'm still sick over the price. I'm all for businesses making a profit, especially a small business - but that much mark up is unacceptable. It looks like they do nice work on large balloon arches and larger orders ... but if you have a small order, please consider using someone else.

This is the second time I rented from them, shame on me to give them another shot because we try to…read moresupport local businesses. I returned items and they charged me for a table clothes I never received, I left a message stating that when I was setting up the party. I tried to explain to the receiving dept girl who did not speak English and then called to explain to the owner. She said I was racist! Then I just rented for our christmas party, we over estimated the chairs called to change understanding I would not get refund for the change, I was shorted two chairs on the lowered qty of chairs, I called them immediately left voicemail so I wouldn't get charged for the shorted chairs. Also ordered two additional tables that we didn't receive and had to improvise at a moments notice. Also two of the tables of the (4) didn't lock, they collapsed when leaned on. Again had to fix them, used tools to make them lock. Also your hours are ridiculous and don't match the site so no one is available when there is a discrepancy. Probably shorter hours because their customer service is so bad the business is suffering! It appears all is designed to charge customers for what they don't receive or received by the customer damaged. Then the fight is on. And you're called a Racist because someone doesn't speak English and can't understand the problem... Do not order anything from this company they are not organized and their rentals are junk...
