I ordered tables, chairs, plates, several kinds of glassware, table cloths, and a popcorn machine. Everything arrived on time, clean, undamaged... well almost everything. They had accidently brought a box of wine glasses we didn't order instead of a box of all purpose goblets. The driver said that they would return the next day with the missing piece of the order, but we never did see him. That being said, I also didn't follow-up with them to ask about it. It was no big deal for us as we didn't need a full set of goblets. The party went on! Pricing for this company was VERY good, and I certainly spent more than my fair share of hours comparing every rental company I could find. The quality we received for the low cost was simply wonderful! I'd definately recommend them for a wedding or other type of large party!

The total for the slide was almost $600. The owner then called and argued for over 20 minutes about being late and making excuses for why they were late. The owner repeatedly said it wasn't their fault it was late and argued over the discount. Had they attempted to make the issue better it would have been one thing but they did not attempt to instead they were argumentative and refused to take blame. Will never use this company again and would not recommend it to anyone.
