Although Jayco was not really obligated to address the problem, the owner, Jay, did eventually contact me, said that he was aware of the issues and that they were addressing it with a redesign in the materials used to construct the box. While I was waiting, I was looking around... a pretty standard UPS store with personal mailboxes, stationeries, different sizes of boxes, shipping stuff, and more. Within a few minutes, the line started to move really fast... I said cool. Then I noticed another lady was behind the other side of the counter had came to the rescue. Thank you!
