I called Armadillo, but found that Jayco had acquired the company from the owner who decided to retire. Although Jayco was not really obligated to address the problem, the owner, Jay, did eventually contact me, said that he was aware of the issues and that they were addressing it with a redesign in the materials used to construct the box. He further offered to replace the box at no cost. It's beautiful and we are very pleased.

Got here in a knick of time. There was 15 mins to spare, however, 8 people were ahead of me. I only saw one lady behind the counter. I wasn't worried... I was already in the door LOL. While I was waiting, I was looking around... a pretty standard UPS store with personal mailboxes, stationeries, different sizes of boxes, shipping stuff, and more. Within a few minutes, the line started to move really fast... I said cool. Then I noticed another lady was behind the other side of the counter had came to the rescue. Thank you! After I got up to the counter, the transaction was done in less than 1 minute. Thank you UPS for great friendly staff and fast service! When I first moved up here these folks helped me transfer my mail in one simple visit. They have two adorable cats that you can smother every time you come. The workers are extremely friendly and take their jobs very seriously. After all this is mail we're talking about. They print labels for free and always offer to add some tape to my packages if it looks like I did a crap job at taping. No one these days offer this kind of service. FedEx, UPS, USPS are always nickel and diming their customers on tape and labels You need this in your life if you're new to the neighborhood. Especially when you don't want to drive all the way to kohls for 11 boxes of Amazon returns. Highly recommend oak hills postal for all your mailing needs.
