The guys that they had emptying the truck said they were picked up from Home Depot. (Nothing against day laborers, just they said they were not veterans) I would avoid this company. To file, you need to list each item, its original and replacement cost, weight but you cannot save the file. If each box had 20 items, I would need to list those details for 740 items WITHOUT SAVING. When I read the reviews for the company where you need to file a claim agains American Pacific, it was clear that the company was a scam. In one review, the customer filed a claim for $8000. They received $72. None of 10 attorneys have responded to my 1-page summary of the disaster. There is no hope for consumers. Are you moving? Rent a moving truck and move your stuff yourself! I wish I had!
