Be sure to thoroughly check your merchandise before leaving the store. As with many businesses they can't be responsible for something once it leaves the store. I came into this store on December 14, 2025 to have shirts made of my deceased son for an event…read morethat I was having in his memory. I came in with my own shirts and I went over the entire order with the young lady named Grace. She even put all of the information on the order forms in the system as I told her everything that I wanted to be done. She had me sign to say that since I came there with my own shirts, that if the wording or pictures don't come out right, then they are not responsible because it was not their shirts from their store. I came back to the store to pick up my shirts and the pictures were put on the wrong shirts. She went to see if they had more shirts, but they did not. She called her general manager David and he stated that I signed a form that said if they make a mistake on a shirt that I brought in myself, that I have to go and purchase more shirts and they will reprint this for no charge. This was not correct; she told me that I was signing for if the shirts did not come out right because it was not their shirts then they are not responsible. While I was in the store, neither one of them ever said that they were sorry for the mistake that they made. The manager just kept saying that I needed to bring more shirts back and they will reprint for free, but they are not responsible for anything else. I kept telling him, that this is very unfair because this was a mistake that the store has made, after he just kept repeating that, I took the shirts and I left the store. I called back up to the store several times, some of the times that I called, Grace stated that she gave David my number, or he was on her other line, or he was due to call the store back again. I left my phone number more than once for the manager and he has yet to this day returned my call. I then asked for the owner information and she told me that she could not give me that information. Then Grace told me to send an email in order to reach the owner. This is the email address to the store for when they place orders and everyone has access to this email. I sent an email to the email address explaining the situation and the owner has never reached out as well. Since there was no response back from the manager David or the owner, I went to the store with more shirts that I had to purchase over again and was told that these shirts will be ready the next morning and they will contact me. In this time, the owner had called and spoke to the employee and I ask for the owner to contact me and that never took place either. I waited the entire next day and I did not hear anything from the store, final a couple of hours before they were closing, I started calling up to the store and there was no answer on the phone. I called several times and there was no still no answer. I waited almost an hour later and called back and finally got an answer. At this point, I was told that my shirt was not ready and give them 15 minutes. I think that this is totally unfair for a place of business to not even take accountability for their mistakes. There was no solution offered, or not so much as an apology from either person. I already spent my money and trusted this place of business that I found online. This is not fair to tell me to go out and spend more money on additional shirts, that I already paid for as well as a service that I paid for and I already had trouble getting this color of shirts in the first place. This is not professional behavior from a place of business, and I feel that something should have been done because this was the mistake of the store, instead of telling me that I sign a paper basically saying that if the store makes a mistake on your shirt that you took to them, then they are not responsible. They had no compassion that this was my deceased son and anyone that has lost a loved one would understand how hard it is to even look at their pictures, better yet for them to put their loved one on shirts and how disturbing this is for the store to not acknowledge any fault to the grieving person. Since this store is always commenting on the reviews that people leave, then they need to explain why there was not one apology from them at all nor, did they offer any compensation or the accountability for the mistake that they made. The solution for them is to blame the customer, even if the error was on their end. If allowed, I would not have even given one star. I will be reporting to the BBB as well.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The lack of communication is unbelievable. There was an issue with…read morethe tablecloth I ordered....I was promised a replacement and NEVER RECEIVED IT! This was back in April.....it is now July. I knew I should've passed this place on by when I attempted to come here the first time.....I ended up waiting inside the shop for like a good 10 minutes and the place was totally empty! No one came out to greet me or anything...I ended up leaving and went to another shop....had a weird vibe from that place and decided to give this place another try. Big mistake. I was told there was an issue with my logo files (which is why the tablecloth didn't come out right the first time, which is why he promised me a replacement), and he told me he would see if his graphic designer could fix it (before he attempted to print the second tablecloth). He said he would get back to me, let me know how much she charges and we can go from there. Ok fine. Some weeks go by and I emailed him trying to see what was up with my logo and if it could be fixed. He said she couldn't fix it, but he was gonna have someone else take a look at it. At that point (because so much time had gone by), I told him if the tablecloth can't be done with the files I gave him, then I'd be ok with having some other work done that would equal the amount I already paid, or I'd simply take a refund. Another week or so goes by before he responds back and all he said was he'd give me a call once he got back in the office. That never happened. At that point, I was DONE. I called my bank, filed a claim, and cut off any more communication with him. He tried to call me when I'm sure he seen that chargeback on his account, but I refused to answer the phone because there was absolutely nothing else to talk about. I'm so over these businesses with crappy customer service! Now I'm stuck with a tablecloth I can't use and I ended up having to pay someone else to make me a tablecloth. Please read the reviews about this business before you give them your money! It's a shame that it's not even the quality of the work that makes this place bogus.....it's the way issues are being handled that's gonna drive the customers away. Do business here at your own risk!

I sent an inquiry on Yelp and received a response, immediately. From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother. Please do not hesitate to hire this company if you need the design and/or print services that they provide.
