However, I was disappointed with the quality of some of the cuts of the meat, as well as the fact that they don't use fresh, authentic rice noodles. Sriracha is also an extra add-on that you have to pay for (which feels a bit ridiculous for a pho restaurant) and the bowls are pretty expensive ($17 CAD) especially relative to some of the other food stalls in the market.

Short ribs on no bone Was very fatty and chewy and the way it was cut was like it was cut by hand not even made it hard to grill. Ox tongue Had same seasoning as the short ribs.
