Earlier this week, I dropped that laptop and damaged the hard drive. I went to Office Depot and found out it would cost quite a bit to fix--it might not even be worth fixing. Just then, my cell phone rang and it was about my terminally ill sister--they believe she only has a few more days. At that point, I started crying and told the employee I had to leave. I'm sure he overheard some of the conversation. The manager came over because I was upset. I told him it wasn't anything to do with the store - the employee was really great--this was a personal problem. He said he didn't care and that I wasn't leaving his store upset. He took my broken computer and gave me a brand new one. It's a better computer. As I write this review, I am in tears because I still cannot believe he did that for me. I can't express how much his gesture touched me. I will be loyal to them forever and I want everyone to know what Office Depot is about.

I love this store for for four reasons…read more The first is the staff! The are always so kind and helpful! I always leave there with a smile on my face. I'm also shocked at how unkind people can be to them, and they are still so helpful. The second is that it's a one-stop shop. I am surprised by how many services they offer. I rather go here then have to go to one of the office retailers and hope they have enough staff to take care of me. The third is its location! It couldn't be more convenient! Forth, they handle Amazon shipping returns. I don't do a lot of returns, but it's such an easy location to get in and out. They not only have parking right in front of the store, but there is a parking lot just a few feet away. If I could rate the employees and store more stars, I would've done so!

This is a very small, stand-alone donation center. I like it because it's EASY. The donation center…read moreconnected to the store on Quebec is kind of a pain. This one, you can simply drive up, and someone will come out to help you unload your car. Or you can simply deposit things in the outside bins. Very efficient. They have the tax donation receipts outside, so you can just grab one instead of waiting for someone to bring one to you. Parking is convenient. I prefer donating to ARC as opposed to Goodwill or the Salvation Army because reasons.
