I needed a project done quickly, and Brenna ensured I had everything I needed for my Nana's memorial. 10/10 would recommend.

I took seven old family photo albums to Memories to Digital for scanning, some with photos dating back to the early 1900's. They did a wonderful job scanning everything carefully and gently. Everyone that I worked with during the process was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. They have incredible customer service. I found out that my mom has four more albums, and I am going to pack them up and haul them across country to have them scanned here as I was so impressed. They are very trustworthy with treasured family photos. Now I can share them with all of my siblings so that everyone can have access to these wonderful memories and photos. read more

I had a spot where I previously took VHS to be converted to DVD but they switched to mail-in only and I don't have time to go to the post office so I decided to try a new spot. I came into Memories to Digital and the drop off procedure was quick and easy. Due to COVID they are currently holding dropped off items separate for four days before they start working on the conversion but even with that four-day delay I still got all work done in about a week. My slideshow to "Dream Baby Dream:" was a dream come true! I couldn't love it more. I was absolutely amazed.

It too quite a bit of coordination and the wait was longer than anticipated but they got my project done. I would use them again.

I had a large job that took some extra effort from MtDS and they came through with all stars intact. There were some tracking issues and a professional format that needed to be converted. The final product is equal to or better than what it would look like if we still had our VHS. And, I definitely don't have a professional Beta system! I had nearly 300 GB of final product that was transferred to my own USB hard drive. I am extremely pleased with the final product and feel I got value for the price. Since it is on a hard drive, I can easily edit the bulk files for my own purposes and distribution to family members. Well done! read more

I accidentally gave the wrong tape. The editing folks caught the mistake but rather than call me chose to make the copies and tell me afterward. Rather than try to make it right by offering even an apology their reaction was "it's your fault, it's not ours." Bad customer service, rude owner. Quick to take money without an ounce of customer service or empathy. I would give 0 stars and will try again in Littleton. Will never set foot in this store again, will file a bbb complaint and will tell everyone who will listen that they should not give a dime. read more

Convert your VHS to DVDs, excellent quality, but it'll cost you a fair amount of money. Expect to wait a week as well. I went here for Christmas and the staff was courteous and helpful, and Un-rushed despite the Christmas holiday customer volume. They allowed me to sit and preview my VHS tapes on their VCR for an hour before making my selections. I was able to pack about 6 VHS or roughly 4hours of footage onto two DVDs. It cost about $150 though, and took them two weeks to finish the DVDs (due to XMas). I recommend Memories to Digital for a lot of reasons , but I just wish it was a little bit less expensive. read more

I have taken several projects here and they do get the job done at a reasonable price. Downside is it takes a while. In fairness, their competitors are not more speedy. Good results at a fair price, but don't expect to show up and walk out with a completed project. read more

I had some old (1994 and up) VHS-C tapes converted to DVD and Memories to Digital did a fantastic job! I picked up the DVDs yesterday and they turned out MUCH better than I expected given the age of the tapes. It was amazing watching my now grown children when they were very young. I live outside the country and I was there in February for a very short time. I had my parent's old 8mm reels from the 40's that had been converted to VHS years ago by another company. I found more random reels that hadn't been put on the VHS. Darce was extremely helpful in showing me what was likely worth saving as far as how it would look on the new DVD, and the most cost efficient way to add the missing reels and edit the VHS while selling me the product I wanted for the best price. She explained all options, not just the most expensive. I was very rushed and she knew how to explain things simply and precisely. They also made an extra effort to get my order completed before I left. I haven't had such competent service since I don't know when. All correspondence was answered when promised. Memories to Digital is great. We converted 55 old 8mm movie tapes that my folks had taken to .avi files. They came out very nice. It is so convenient to just click on a file and watch the old great movies on our PCs. Memories to Digital was reasonably priced and very efficient. I would take in eight 50-foot reels at a time along with a 16MB flash drive. They were done in a few days. Each Standard Definition (plenty of resolution for these movies) file was about 1GB. read more

I have to give this place credit for actually doing a decent job transfering my videos to a DVD. So the actual work is fine. HOWEVER, I was quoted one price on the phone, and when I went in, was told something else. I tried to address the discrepancy, but was basically told "tough luck" by the girl in the store, who seemed rather . . . unenthusiastic . . . to even be working. Because I was already there, and it's hard for me to get *anywhere* as a working mom of 2, I just went ahead with the work, although in hindsight I should have just taken my money elsewhere. I've since found other places that do the same thing for less in the immediate vicinty, so next time I WILL take my money elsewhere. read more
