After wasting 40 mins with the manager saying sorry he doesn't know what to do, the other employee said she could log me out so I could stop paying and she could charge me an extra $17 to make me a proof so I could print. She finally agreed to print mine for me. Once again an even more horrible experience then before. Thanks to her I got what I needed after an hour and double the price. The employees are nice but have no access to the systems to help. This IS NOT A PRINT SHOP. Lowered to 1 star review. Previous review 2024: I've been a patron of this location since it was kinkos. Today will be my last time as a patron of fedex. Over the years, the ease of use and convenience has disappeared and the cost of simple prints has skyrocketed. I would have never sent my mom money for bills via mail if I would've known it was not allowed, hence why I disclosed it and asked to insure it. I asked for confirmation it left the store, which I did not get. Do not come here, go to a corporate ups store, they have better training and regulations. This franchise is not it.

I called the store and Antar was so incredibly nice and even though I needed less shirts than his normal minimum, he let me know what he could do and the pricing was BY FAR more affordable than MANY other places. We even got to bring our own shirts! We hung out at his shop for an hour while he did the design and created the template and I can't say enough good things!
