Her name is Ziva, and she works at the Staples Store on Baseline and Cooper in Gilbert, AZ. I was in a panic because the poster I ordered through an online store, paying $50 extra to have it delivered by May 22nd, wasn't being delivered until May 23rd. This was for my granddaughter's graduation party, and she means the world to me. Ziva took the time and patience to help me get this done through the store where she works, and it was done by noon the next day. It was beautiful and perfect for the party. Staples, you have a diamond in the rough working for you! Ziva, thank you so very much for helping in this stressful situation.

Frustrating experience with a complete failure to communicate or deliver on time…read more I placed a pre-paid order (Order: 6953830982) after hours on June 11, 2026, for same-day pickup of a laminated poster and brochures the next day. On June 12, 2026 they called while I was in a client meeting and left a voice mail saying they couldn't laminate the poster. I returned their call at 5:33 PM that same day. When I arrived at 7:30pm the store to at least pick up the brochures, I discovered they hadn't even been printed. Unbelievably, the employee at the counter claimed they held up the entire order because they were waiting for the return call I had already made. They told me to call the next day because they might be done. They weren't. On Saturday, after the actual event I needed the laminated poster for had already passed, I went back to the store. The employee admitted the brochures still weren't printed but promised to run them immediately if I waited 20 minutes. I waited in the store for over 20 minutes, only to be approached by a manager named Carlos with a completely different story: they actually had the laminate all along, but someone had broken the machine. I left the store empty-handed yet again...no brochures, which I can still use and no poster (which is now useless to me as the event is over). To top it off, Carlos then asked me to drive back a third time at noon on Sunday just to see if they could get it resolved. This location dragged me along with conflicting stories, empty promises, and endless wasted time. Because of their severe lack of organization and communication, I missed my deadline entirely. Avoid their print services if you have a schedule to keep.
