We had two mobile Express Details done and are extremely happy with the results. This was an all day effort! Tim didn't skip any of the pieces from his listed package. He even spent some extra time on a couple trouble spots after eight hours of working on both cars. Both the exterior and interior of our vehicles looked great. It's amazing what a service like this can do and how much you notice about your vehicle after it's completed. The mobile option worked well with our schedule and Tim stayed in constant contact to update us on his arrival, progress, and projected completion time. Removed my stripes without informing me there was any risk of damage to my vehicle. The removal process caused thousands of dollars in damage to my paint. After acknowledging the damage, I was told they would make it right and at minimum refund the $400 I paid for the service. Over the course of about a month, I was repeatedly led in circles and given assurances that never happened. "Josh" personally acknowledged the damage, shook my hand, and told me he would take care of it and get me squared away. After weeks of back and forth, I was ultimately told issuing a refund would be "bad business." What's actually bad business is damaging a customer's vehicle, acknowledging responsibility, making promises, and then walking them back without attempting to make things right. I'm a United States Navy veteran and disabled veteran. I'm not trying to get over on anyone -- I simply expected accountability and honesty. I have photos of the damage and repair estimates documenting the issue. Very disappointed in how this was handled. read more

I purchased a new black truck and had Tim detail it. Because I want to start off on a good foot, I ordered the platinum detail. I booked the appointment online and it couldn't have been easier. Tim was communicative prior to arrival the day of the appointment. I paid for a mobile detail and honestly the truck looks so good I don't even want to drive it lol. The exterior is basically a mirror. Tim found several defects the dealership "make ready" cleaners had created in the paint and corrected them. The interior is immaculate and even the inside of the wheel wells are clean! The attention to detail (no pun intended) is amazing. Door jams, carpet, even the brake and gas pedals were cleaned. I sent pics to a friend who said it looked like a photo shoot that you'd see for a brochure. The amazing thing is it looks even better in person.
