Obviously I didn't love having these few glitches and I was clearly upset at the time, but the method they handled it in was solid customer service and support. After looking at it, they said it would be $400 to replace the actuator. Mind you, the car came with a 90 day warranty. When I purchased the car it needed tires, they were technically legal at 5/32. So I put some brand new Goodyear tires on it yesterday, had it aligned and replaced all four tpms sensors. $1600. So they said, "Legally, we repair it OR we buy it back. We choose to buy it back." Of course, without reimbursing the $1600 for the work I had done. I've only had the car a week. Be forewarned. They don't care about taking care of their customers, only that you give them your money. No respect. No honor. No courtesy. Never again.

I was promptly contacted by Yee Lor from Kocourek Chevrolet. First of all, I prefer to communicate via email due to work availability, and he fully respected that instead of calling. I appreciate that sooo much!!! I told him what I wanted and he sent me a suggestion. When I went to test drive, he was out with a different customer, but everyone else in the facility was more than happy to help until he got back. I had my 84 YO mother along with me (gotta make sure she can get in/out of my vehicle!) and they were so patient and accommodating for her! I ended up getting a 2020 Traverse and I absolutely love it! When I went to pick it up, they went through all the features/bells/whistles with me so I knew how things worked. Of course I had a long list of questions with me but they answered every single one. In addition, there were two (fairly minor but annoying) cosmetic issues with it and Yee spoke to his manager and got approval to have them fixed. Excellent service! I particularly appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me into something else. They respected my choices! VERY nice group of people over there! Definitely would go back again!
