We were here for a post funeral meal during the afternoon. The facility was clean, organized and food repair. The staff had tables set up for about 100 but quickly adapted when the participants grew to about 125 - nice work! I was pleased that they had plenty of staff to help serve. The staff was young and perhaps less skilled, professional and confident than you might expect. However they didn't very well! They were on top of refilling water/tea cravats and bread. They hustled to remove empty used dishes. Another good job! The meal was served family style. I understand that they planned for 100 and had 125 participants. The team quickly adapted and made more food. Nicely done! On the meal we're had three meats (beef slices, fried fish, chicken), green beans and mashed potatoes. The potatoes were very creamy and smooth. Nice job apportioning just enough servings for the table without creating waste. The green beans were nicely cooked...not too soft and not marinated in oil/grease. The beef was a little bit tough but I think they had to make sure it was well cooked. The gravy gave the beef a nice "beefy" taste while adding moisture. The fish can out in small pieces - which is nice considering not even one wants fish. The breading was a bit plain and a little think. The fish was fresh tasting. The tartar sauce was plain with a little bit of a heavy dill pickle taste. The chicken was in moderate sized pieces with a gravy as well. The chicken was thoroughly cooked without being over cooked. The gravy added moisture but wasn't a strong accent to taste. Johnny w/ Signature helped me arrange the funeral luncheon after my Dad's funeral service in June 2023. My communication with him via email saved my fam and I so much time/stress during an already super stressful time for us. The day of the luncheon Kathy and staff made sure all ran smooth and every guest and table had what they needed. Super grateful to Signature for making that time as easy as possible for us. Also, FYI - guests of the luncheon complimented the food to me left and right and my fam and I agreed (and I'm a restaurant snob who hates most banquet food). Was just at a wedding at this venue. The food was ok, the beef and chicken were covered in very salty gravy. The staff were nice. The venue was attractive. My issue was the noise. The place must not have anything to absorb sound. I was looking forward to visiting with my relatives but couldn't hear any of them and the words "what? I can't hear you" were the most spoken sentences at our table. Could you please get curtains, carpets, something in there to absorb sound. I had to leave early because my ears were ringing from the overwhelming roar of people sitting at their tables trying to chat. read more

We held a funeral luncheon here in December 2020 and were very satisfied with the food and service. Johnny responded very quickly to all my calls and questions and we were able to get everything arranged and a contract completed within a couple of hours. He and Cathy were very helpful and accommodating both in planning the luncheon and on the day of. The facility is new, nice, and comfortable. I heard a lot of positive comments about the food from my guests, and my family and I also thought it was very good. All the staff who worked the event were polite and helpful. read more

Our family was there for Easter brunch. This was our 2nd Easter brunch there and we enjoyed it our first time. Today was very different. When we were shown to our seats, our hostess was yelling across tables to another staff member about a table number. We then sat down and some of our party of six went to get mimosas. At that time we went to the breakfast part of the buffet. This was our first plate and there were no biscuits out and we were told they were completely out of hash brown casserole and they had had the dining room closed in between seatings to prepare. We were one of the first families inside. My mother dropped her knife and asked for a new one. The staff member came back and told her they didn't have any clean knives. At that point my husband went and took silverware off another table where no one was sitting. I then went back for a second plate of lunch food. This was about 45 minutes into the seating. There was no ham or lamb left. I understand we were the last seating, but this is a banquet facility and they knew how many they were serving at each seating. The kicker was the staff tearing down tables while several families were finishing their desserts. And this is not a cheap brunch. $45 is top tier for brunches in the area. read more

We had a wedding at Signature Banquets this weekend. The staff was excellent. Johnny went above and beyond help when our bakery didn't deliver the cake. He got us another cake and told us he would take care of things and for us to enjoy the night. The food and drinks were also exceptional. Had my daughters wedding at the venue. The original schedule they had for the day was changed when we arrived at the venue. The food was supposed to be ready by 2:30. It was not ready until 4:00. People sat around waiting. When the food was served it was cold. If you want to have a venue where you can also take photos outdoors this is not the place. I was disappointed. read more

Great venue for an event. Facility is easily accessible, clean and well maintained. However, Johnny's catered meal was served cold, was freezer burned, and was not executed as promised or advertised. Would not recommend this place for the food. read more

I attended a bridal shower. It was my first time there. The facility is nice. The linen and chairs are nice and what I believe is standard. The food was sub par. The staff did a poor job of keeping the chafing dishes full and tidy, as well as the fruit tray. It was a single line buffet, which caused a line. Poor judgement. The host also had to ask staff to put on lights over the buffet because it was dark in the corner. While it boasts it can accommodate 400, good luck with not having a line in the restrooms. I'm sure meets code, but way too small. Sadly, not a venue I would recommend base on my experience. read more

We had Champagne Thanksgiving Buffet there today, we've been going for it ever since the facility opened. Everything is very good. I like the mini type desserts they have since I can have 3 or 4 for a variety. They have a lot of food stations so I never saw people waiting in line for food even when the facility was filled with larger groups. Marilyn read more

I've had quite a few friends use Signature for events and they all had wonderful things to say about the venue and working with Johnny. So, when I was hosting a baby shower I followed their recommendations and booked with signature. I was glad that I did so. As everybody said Johnny was great to work with. He responds to emails quickly and thought of things that I didn't like making sure I had a table for prizes out. The hall itself is quite new too and is maintained immaculately. In the future when I'm hosting large events I will without a doubt be returning to signature. read more
