Smallest $32.00 pizza I've ever seen it was actually the size of a small pizza , A frozen tombstone is bigger and the side of cheddar poppers were undercooked at least if they put them in a microwave they would have been warm instead of cold and raw the quality and quantity sure went to hell or the help needs a tune-up because it sucked The last time but decided to try them again because everybody has an off night well I didn't get better that will be the last pizza I get from them and it's sad because they used to have good pizza! read more

New to town and this was my first attempt at pizza in Lowell. Was told 50 min for pickup. I arrived on time (50 min) and I was told 10 min. Ok that's cool. We'll 10 min turned into 35 min. Get home with my food. Fried mushrooms were undercooked and soggy, the Irish nachos were decent and my daughter said the pretzel wasn't very good. The pizza crust was advertised as thin crust. Definitely not. The sauce was almost nonexistent and not very flavorful. The sausage was meh and tasted like they bought it down the street at strack's. Loven oven sacrificed quality for quantity. The phone was ringing nonstop and they were scrambling to answer the phones to take orders. How about don't answer the phone for 20 min. Let it ring, cause it's obvious you couldn't keep up. This will give you some time to catch up and not sacrifice on quality. It will be a while before I try this place again. read more

I've ordered pizza from here for years. Pretty good pizza but I tried to order food tonight and was told "we're not doing any out of town deliveries because of the weather and roads and stuff". They frequently deliver to my house that is about 4 minutes from their location. The roads do not have enough snow on them to cover them and the temperature is 12 degrees. We live in Northwest Indiana we get snow and it gets cold. These are not bad conditions and again I am only about 4 minutes from them. I will never order there again. read more

Delicious! The toppings (garlic, cauliflower, tomatoes, jalapeños, etc.) they use are fresh, and you can taste the difference. This means fresh salads, too, and they also have a nice selection of appetizers such as beer-battered mushrooms and hot wings. They serve up sandwiches, too, but I wouldn't miss out on the pizza. I called and ordered a Jumbo Pizza by mistake, not knowing the price (Over my budget) and I called less than 5 minutes later and canceled and explained why. They said ok, I apologized for the inconvenience, and they said no problem. I called today to order a pizza, "I'm sorry, we are unable to take orders from you anymore." "Why?" "On *this date* u ordered a Jumbo pizza and never picked it up. We never received a cancelation. We called about half an hour later to confirm the order because the pizza was done, and didn't get an answer." "I did cancel the order less than 5 minutes after I ordered it." "I'm sorry, we never received your cancelation-" "I talked to someone on the phone so I believe you did receive my cancelation." "I'm sorry but unless you pay back the $45 we were out for the pizza, we cannot take orders from you." "Okay, just ask the man that I talked to on the phone when I canceled, who was very polite to me and said 'Its no problem ma'am'." " Thank you" Lovin Oven, you shouldnt lie to your customers by saying it's no problem when I guess it obviously is. Don't expect a call back from a once very loyal Lovin Oven customer. P.S.
