A few weeks after taking the suit to the cleaner, we discovered pen markings with my first and last name on a custom tag inside the jacket and the same pen marks inside the pants. When I brought the suit back to the cleaner, I was told, "We put everyone's names inside their clothing because we handle a lot of garments." While I understand their intention to prevent mix-ups, they did not ask for my permission before marking the suit. They eventually removed all the pen marks, but the process was far more troublesome than necessary. If you have sentimental, custom, or expensive clothing, I highly recommend choosing a different dry cleaner.

This place rocks it well. April was working when I was there this visit and she was a pleasure to engage with during my visit. She not only handled the counter for supplies, she worked fixing machines also. Never missing a beat she engaged with the customers and continued to keep things moving. The machines today are similar to the machines of my youth. I love the new technology of using credit cards instead of having $20 in quarters in a zip lock. This place is clean, fresh spelling organized.
