Amazing!!! I brought them one formal chiffon dress that had food and sweat stains 1.5 years old because I'd just neglected to take the dress to a dry cleaner for way too long, and they got the stains out! The other long formal dress had been worn in a rainy wedding about 6 weeks prior so the hemline had stains from the dirt/rain, and they improved that too, enough that I can definitely wear the dress for another wedding as planned. I don't need a shirt laundry or dry cleaners all that often but to have the ability to have your laundry/dry cleaning picked up and delivered and not be charged an arm and a leg is GREAT. I thought I had it all set up some months ago but there'd been some changes in the business so had to set up again. But pick-up was Thursday and delivery today. Everything was perfect. In fact i recently discovered a shirt missing a neck button had been automatically repaired! Our order was a mix of shirts, sweaters and a Guatemalan table runner w/matching placemats. Everything done PERFECTLY! They send notifications when they'll be picking up in my area, after they've picked up, when delivery will be made, and after delivery is completed. I have used CC for years and love these guys. I usually bring in my shirts for cleaning, starch, pressing. They do a great job of removing stains. I have been using this cleaners for 8 years. The service and quality of cleaning has always been good. Today I went to pick up cleaning, when opening the door a Dalmatian was blocking my entrance. Two fold, one I am deathly afraid of dogs as I was attacked twice in my life. Two, is a cleaners a place to have a dog with hair and dander for those who may have allergies? Will use this cleaners one more time as a loyal customer. If a dog is on premises on my next visit, I'll have to find recommendations for new cleaners. read more

For the past eleven years I have taken my dress clothes to this location. During this time frame, they have misplaced a pair of pants, put double creases in all of my clothes, even when asked to ensure that does not happen and now I find out they have been charging a 4% transaction fee for using a credit card, which has been against the law up until just recently. Now the law allows for up to 2%. When I complained, the person that answered the phone stated they were allowed to charge customers and was informed what the law states. Now they have signs by the registers stating they charge 4%. To top it all of the transaction fee does not show up on your receipt, so they would tell you the charge amount and then when the credit card statement came in, it was off by the 4%. This means they were commitment more fraud on top of the charge by not notifying the government of their collection of these fees, which is tax evasion. By putting up the sign, when you pay with your card you are granted consent for them to charge you over what the law allows. Needless to say, I would not recommend this business. I noticed another review stating they are a budget cleaner, well it doesn't matter if they can't get the job right and overcharge you for the services. read more

People need to know what this place is. This is a BUDGET dry cleaner. It's cheap, fast and efficient. In fact I haven't found anyone that can touch their prices in the area. I've been coming here for years and haven't had any issues. I had one jacket ruined, but that was my fault as I didn't pay attention to the tag. If you like every little detail on your shirt perfect then this place isn't for you, go find an expensive high end cleaners. Ive gotten all my work shirts and pants cleaned and pressed here for the last 4 years and haven't had an issue. They are almost always friendly and helpful as well. Again, you get what you pay for but I've always thought this place did a much better job than their reviews reflect. I have been going for about 2 months now. They show up late to open most of the time. I have been asking the to crease my sleeves on my shirt. I have gotten them creased once. I went in last week to pick up my shirts. This was a day after I was scheduled to pick them up and they were not ready. I picked them up today and no crease in sleeves, again asked why. The young lady's only response was "I don't know." I had another shirt to drop off and told her I would just take it somewhere else. She shook her head and shrugged her shoulders saying okay. Wow!! Terrible service. I come in a day after the clothes are due to be done and not only have they not been started but there are no apologies or any attempt to rush them. I had to demand a time. Not only do they destroy clothing but they also lose clothing! I went in to complain about a missing pair of pants and brought back a nice dress shirt that they ruined and asked to speak to the manager and of course there's no manager present, at least that's what they told me. They then, asked me to fill out a form and said someone will get in touch with me, it's been two weeks and no news, no word, nothing from anyone! They now have possession of the nice shirt that I brought back in. I stopped by the other day to check on the status of my claim and once again there's no manager available and the teenager I spoke with had no clue what the hell I was talking about! Inexpensive place to get laundry and dry cleaning done. Don't expect more. I actually wash my shirts before taking them there. They were ruining my light colored shirts because they couldn't or didn't pre-treat the collars as I asked them so the stain just got baked in when they ironed them. I gave them multiple chances to fix (4). They just ruined 4 of my white shirts and didn't even offer to replace them. Also, don't take nice cashmere sweaters to them either. They ruined 5 of my $200+ sweaters. They didn't offer any reimbursement for these either. If you wanted someone to iron your laundry for a cheap price, they're ok. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I would give this cleaners a 0 star review if possible. Brought in a number of items for dry cleaning and when I went to pick them up they looked worse than they went in. They said they could run them again... which I stupidly took them up on. I should have just asked for a refund. I went to go pick up the items and two shirts were torn and damaged. Two very nice silk Theory brand shirts that were expensive. Of course the manager wasn't in so the women working the front said she would call me during the week to discuss a reimbursement. When she called she said that they don't think they were responsible for the ruined shirts so they wouldn't give me any money to replace them. BEWARE!!! THEY DESTROY CLOTHING! So I contacted them and asked what they planned on doing to fix the issue about bleaching a blue shirt I had laundered by them. The girls took my shirt and said, "We'll have the manager call you right away." That didn't happen, over a week passed without hearing so I had to have my spouse actually go down when a manager was there to ask what was going on. When the manager was finally there they had never heard about my issue and they misplaced the shirt that they ruined and couldn't find it!!!! Wow, great... It finally showed up 5 days later and the manager called. To reimburse me for the shirt I had to bring in the original receipt for the purchase of the shirt. Seriously.... Lucky for me I shop online!!!!! So I actually had a place where I could retrieve the receipt! I STILL did not get reimbursed for the damage to my shirt so $60 shirt ruined. All I have to say is this place really didn't do right by me so beware... I work at a fortune 80 company downtown that requires me to wear a suit and pressed shirt and tie everyday. Avoid this cleaner! They have "F" rating with BBB. They damaged a very expensive jacket, claiming that it was not their fault that the dry cleaning chemical they used reacted with the food stain to cause the damage. All I can say is that they lost over $300 worth of tailored dress slacks in November of 2014 and they have yet to pay us back. I went to pick up my clothes and they told me one pair of pants had a stain on it; told me they sent them back through for cleaning again. I went back the next two days and was told the same story. Finally, on the third day they admitted they could not locate my pants and that they had probably given them to another customer. I filed a claim to get a refund that same week. It is now April and we have yet seen any money from them, as they have claimed they are in the process of "refunding" us our money. Completely upset with the situation and I would not recommend anyone to go there ever. read more

My coats came back covered with animal and human hair, and they smelled like they didnt cleaned them. I asked for a refund and the owner said they can re-clean my coats but they NEVER do refunds!! why would I ask them to reclean them, they did such a horrible job first!!!
