Took my truck in to be repaired because it is where Liberty Mutual suggested. The staff and mechanics are very very knowledgeable and helpful. My repair was done quickly and professionally and I have no complaints whatsoever. My truck started making a weird humming noise and I thought it was some something to do with the repairs that they had done. Took the truck in and the manager and the mechanic that worked on my truck went for a test drive with me to hear the noise. They thought it might be the tire in the back of the truck that was making the noise they went out of their way to diagnose the problem of what was going on and we're very sweet to me. Turns out that it was my rear differential that was going out not only did they diagnose the problem they helped me not be broke down somewhere on the side of the road I will definitely come back here for any repairs I have even if I don't use my insurance. I got my car repaired here under a insurance claim about 2-3 months ago and never got the chance to review them. This place was quick with repair time, responsive, and friendly. They were all very helpful and nice and updated me whenever they had any update. They even went as far as cleaning my car, adding a wax finish so it looked as new as the day I took it off the lot, AND painting over some chips I had around the car for car washes. Like I said, I never had the chance to write the review they deserve until now that I remembered to because my husband happened to get in a accident the other day and he'll be calling in and taking his car to this repair shop soon. Outstanding customer service. Not hyperbole. Unique fixed my car about a year and a half ago after somebody hit it while it was parked. It was through Liberty Mutual, who warrants work done by their preferred vendors for life. About a year ago, I noticed paint peeling off the bumper they had replaced. And, the bumper was starting to separate from the car. I kept meaning to call Liberty to have Unique repair it again. Fast forward a year and I finally did it. I bring the car in and they take a look at it. Robert, the owner, explained that it was not poor workmanship because paint doesn't just come off in a straight line like that and bumpers don't fall off by themselves. Someone must have swiped me (again) in a parking lot. I started to kind of argue with him when I realized he was offering to fix it anyway. Why? Because he said that a customer who has a bad experience will tell 10 other people and he wants his customers to be happy. If that were not enough, they arranged to get me a rental car at their discounted rate. It was 3'in the afternoon and they started work right away. It was ready in the morning. Car looks great. All I had to pay for was the rental car. I didn't have to submit another claim to Liberty. Unique...just fixed it. With zero attitude; nothing but superior service with a smile. This is how you build customer relationships for life. I promised Robert that I would sing his praises on social media and here I am. Had a great experience here. Someone at the fishing show backed into my car at GRB. For sure, an accident. They tried to leave a note, but it ended up rain washing it away :(. I filed a claim with Liberty Mutual and they recommended this place. Since I don't have a warranty on my Suzuki (and they don't sell them in the US anymore), I felt it would be OK to let someone other than the dealership work on my vehicle. I knew parts would be hard to find for my car because it is rare. Who has ever heard of a Kizashi? I took it in for estimate and they took the car from me on the spot. About 1.5 weeks go by and they tell me it was done. I show up and take it home after a quick inspection. That night I had some issues with the lights and noticed the front of the car hood was sticking out a bit. I took it back to show the issues I had found, the light problem worked itself out, but the hood didn't seem right to me. The owner showed me the hood lines and how perfect everything was fitting. This is where premium customer service comes in. Instead of haggling me he admitted the car was rare and he was not 100% sure how it looked. He told me he was going to find another car like it and see what he could to find out if it really was an issue. A few days later i brought it back and he was unable to find one in the city to look at. I had brought some pictures to show him and he took the car and did some further investigation. A few days later the owner personally called me and apologized over and over for not catching it and how much he appreciated my understanding. I go to pick up the car, the owner meets me in the parking lot to show me to the car, and it was perfect. They found the issue and resolved it. Some people might have thought this to be a bad or frustrating experience, but I disagree. True customer service doesn't shine until you have a problem. I never once felt put down or shamed for not knowing anything about cars. They performed with professionalism and courtesy. read more

After a fender bender right along the body seam of my wife's Hyundai Elantra, the insurance company of the other driver, who was at fault, offered us a choice of body repair shops to do the estimate, and I randomly chose Unique Collision, which was near our zip code. The fuel door was part of the damage, so the concern was not only cosmetic, but possible deeper damage as well. After the estimate, the insurance company offered to pay for full repairs at Unique so we went with that. These types of collisions are often problematic due to the unibody design needing to be repaired and not just replaced (like, say, the simple replacement of a light, hood, bumper, trunk lid, etc.). When we got our car back, the seam line was as perfect as right off the showroom. When we opened the fuel door there wasn't a trace of damage and the door opened and closed without a hitch. Being as our car was six years old I expected a paint tone shift between the old paint job and the new one. Inferior body shops always give you that "What you gotta understand is your original paint color aged..." line, but Unique Collision, again, did a great job. The car looked as nice as straight off the dealer's showroom. Yet again, previous experience with family or friends and their experiences with collision repair prepared me for seeing the seams come out of alignment after a few days of driving. But it's been nearly a week and the car looks as beautiful as ever. At every step, Unique Collision exceeded my expectations. So all five stars and I'm recommending Unique Collision to everyone! read more

Gosh, I don't know where to start. I hate giving a review like this but my experience was simply terrible. Per their website, they said they welcome drive ups so that is what I did. Their first question was whether this was an insurance claim or not. As soon as they found out it wasn't, the manager came and told me their system was down and to come back. I came back later and a nice, well dressed man immediately saw me, asked again if it was an insurance claim and then asked me to scratch my name, email and phone number on a blank piece of paper. I was suspicious because who on earth doesn't at least have a form these days or at least some sort of process? He came out, took 3 or 4 pictures and said I would have an estimate in 10 minutes. I was there literally less than 2 minutes! It has been 2 days now and no word from them. I highly suspect it is because I was a self pay. The place is a 40 minute round trip drive so they simply wasted my time. read more

I was rear ended two weeks ago with some major damage to my car. The driver was with progressive and they recommended this place. I could not have been any happier with the service. First time I went here for hail damage they were great! Speedy repair time, car looked good as new, and excellent customer service. Second time I came here was after I was involved in a highway collision. customer service was still pretty good, not as great as the first time. It took them a lot longer to complete the repair, which was understandable considering it was a much more significant repair. What bothered me was that my car was not functioning the way it should have been. I know that after an accident your car is never the same, but I had issues unrelated to the crash that were affected. My windshield wipers now move faster when I press on the gas, rather than behaving to its pre-adjusted speeds on the knob. My fog lights no longer work (front end of car was not affected in accident) as well as my spark plugs were making a weird noise when I accelerated. My hi beams and low beams were plugged in incorrectly and my radio was reset. Most noticeably, one of my wheels, (higher-end black aftermarket wheels) which had gotten scrapped up in the crash was repainted with a cheap paint (plastidip?) that didn't match and was a matte while all the other wheels were not. It looked really janky and half-assed. This and a number of small issues were present after I got my car back. I addressed the owner on it (specifically the electrical issues) and he was adamant that his technician did not mess with the electrical wiring or touch the engine. He was noticeably less interested and more rude to me now that my car was out of his building. I had my friend (who is an experienced all-around technician) identify that my electrical wiring had be improperly reinstalled as well as the other stuff I had noticed. So frankly, the owner lied to me. These guys were great the first time around, but after the dishonesty and discourteousness I went through with the owner the second time, I will never go back to a place that I cannot trust. read more

I would highly recommend anyone that needs body work or paint go to this place. Reyna and Robert went above and beyond to get my car fixed. We dropped it off on Tuesday evening and we picked it back up on Thursday evening. They replaced my bumper, matched the paint up perfect. We asked them about a license plate bracket for the front of my car and Robert called Tomball Dodge for us and was going to go pick it up Thursday evening and bring it back to his shop and put it on for us. The 2018 Dodge Journey does not have a license plate bracket and it has to be screwed into the bumper. Robert told us that if Tomball Dodge doesn't put it on for us when we pick up the plates, to come see him and he would take care of it. These people are totally awesome. I will use them any time that I can. I only wish he also did regular type mechanic work instead of collision work. They also detailed my car before I picked it up. I went in recently for a repair estimate. After waiting at the empty counter, but seeing two people in the adjoining office, a girl came out and asked what I needed. After I told her, she returned to the adjoining office & spoke to the boss(?) who was on the phone this whole time.
