I have been living in a fuzzy world long enough. One realizes how important eyesight is when you don't have it. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Webber treated me kindly and respectfully. He really cared about discovering the right prescription for me to have optimal vision. Through trial and error, Dr. Weber was confident he could help me. It took a couple visits to give me 20/20 vision. He was patient with me and confident he could make me see clearly. They had a wide selection of eyeglass frames. The optician that helped me was friendly and super knowledgeable. I got fitted for contacts and eyeglasses. I was impressed how they work as a team. It was clean. It looks like they dust a lot. They take pride in the appearance of the store. I was shocked how reasonable the cost was for eyeglasses and daily disposable contracts. This office, staff, and doctor went up and beyond to meet my vision needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would…read more This location was beyond frustrating. 1) my daughter's glasses had a floppy arm and needed tightened the next day. 2) my glasses didn't arrive until 3 weeks after they were ordered. As soon as I looked at my prescription I told them I wouldn't be able to wear them. They argued and when I picked them up they insisted I wear them over the weekend "to try them out". When you have degenerative myopia, your prescription doesn't magically improve from -11/-12 to -9/-10 ballpark in less than 16 months. The fact that they continually argued and sent me home with useless glasses that make my right eye immediately go lazy because the prescription is so wrong is beyond frustrating. I know my vision because they're my eyes. Their attitude and attempt to gaslight me is not okay. I will never, ever again go here and I will steadfastly let everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. I've worn glasses for 26 years and I've only went to one other place that screwed up this badly.
