I came to town looking at a new Harley and had been thinking of grabbing a cargo trailer as well to haul it home. Caleb not only told me they could set it up with tie downs, but showed me the value of what I was getting for my money. He showed me different sizes and colors and answered all my questions. I also noticed they had PJ Truck beds which I may be needing one or two in the future. Really glad I stopped in here while waiting on the Harley dealership about my bike. Well I told them that when I went in for my FREE oil change and instead of taking advantage of me they looked over the car, said they couldn't find anything bad with it in a quick overlook but they noticed something loose under the hood and tightened it down so if there's still a problem I could bring it in later for an in depth look. Sun City responded and by 6am was trying to figure out what happened and how to get us up and running. Apparently we broke down in a small town where all the part stores were closed on Sunday. But he traveled to the nearest town to get the parts needed to make the repairs. When he got back and started getting to work he quickly realized it was worse than originally thought. He once again drove to another town to get the parts and came back for us. Unfortunately the RV was a dud at that point and was not safe to be driven and needed major repairs that a mobile job was not equipped to fix. Sun City was courteous, continued to give us updates, and also had a great music selection for us to jam out to while he was working and we were hanging out in the air conditioned RV. He was upfront and honest and I would recommend him to my grandmother if she broke down in the area.

Curtis, John, and Lynn were able to help us with installing a new 15k ac unit on the same day as requested. We have a bulldog so things like that are extremely important. They also came to us! While I was assigned one instructor, (who by the way is awesome), all of the instructors Floris has selected are helpful, knowledgable, patient, approachable and professional. I pulled up to it and waited while the employees got ready to open. They did start greeting people right at 7:30... everyone but me, that is. I thought I was in the wrong line so after about 10 mins I went to ask if I was in the wrong line. No, I wasn't... they had just overlooked me. The guy was very apologetic and true to his word, got me sorted immediately. I pulled my own car into the bay with the tech's guidance and didn't have to get out for the oil change. The tech who did the change was very polite, introduced himself before he went to work on my car. He showed me my air filter and asked if I would like it changed - of course he recommended it - and it was filthy. I drove away from there at 8:07AM. I was very pleased with the fast service, the pricing and most of all the good customer service. It was a breath of fresh air to find good customer service in Odessa.

They didn't charge me $ for the service which was so nice. Josh also recommended a frame shop locally to get a bent part looked at. I will be sending all the women in my life to this shop, it was clean and the customer service can't be matched for the area. Thank you guys!
