With one employee walking around the garage with a lit cigarette I felt so uncomfortable as if there isn't enough gas and oil to light the whole place up. They took two days to "look" at my car and then had parts pulled apart on my car when they couldn't answer what they were fixing on the car. Their was no ropes closing off the oil pit and I've never gotten a worse response to asking for one of my possessions back (aka my car!) and when I asked they said "sure have this shit." If you are overwhelmed with workload I understand I was just looking for communication on how long they'd hold onto my car, what they were fixing, and what the diagnostic was. They don't like working on newer cars because of turbos so you're better off elsewhere. But if you're into potential fires this place will suit your needs.

broke down in abilene on a cross country trip. transmission leaking oil. made the mistake of…read moregoing to the dealership, dodge, in clyde. terrible service and nothing fixed. after a week i gave up and at the suggestion of an airforce airman went to "my mechanic" in abilene. met brodie and kody. absolutely great people. their entire staff were exceptional. troubleshot the vehicle, identified the problem in one day got the vehicle in operation and arranged the storage and shipment of it to my home address. couldn't ask for any better service. thanks to them for all the help.
