(But we CAN order PICK UP) (remember, my friend and I who want to do this are THOUSANDS OF MILES away) More frantic calling around....this time to find a delivery driver... All taxi companies in the area would put us either on 'forever hold' or hang up or ask us to call back later...well, we had to pull the trigger on ordering the food as PICK UP ONLY already, as time had run out..so we knew we had HOT FOOD sitting there READY TO GO and NOBODY to deliver it!! That's when we found Honest and Reliable. Michael called us back and was still rightfully uncertain about this fare, as the people he was talking to were in 3 different states all with different numbers... but after a quick confirmation and a payment, he quickly delivered the meals to this family who were about to have a hum-drum soup and sandwiches type Thanksgiving Dinner. Michael even called us after the delivery to be sure everything was all right with it. This is unheard of. A+ on the communications! Michael and Honest and Reliable have not only been true to their name, but true to the 5 star rating they have and will continue to have. When you find someone that is customer caring and service minded, you need to hold on to them, as this is a RARE QUALITY these days. I don't know why you got all the way to the bottom of this review... you should have called Honest and Reliable already!!! And remember.... Tipping is not a city in China.

He said OK and hung up. I called Ace back at 4:45 am and was told I canceled my pickup. I told him I Did not cancel. He told me "you must have filled out a survey and canceled". Again, I told him No I didn't cancel. I asked if they were going to pick me up as scheduled- 5:15 am and he said NO. I then received 2 emails showing my reservation was canceled. Adam was SO accommodating our Event with changes in dates & numbers of family members as well as needing seats with buckles for our 3 youngest needing car seat safety. Joe our driver couldn't have made our experience more perfect! We gave him the map of all the places we wanted to drive by so they could reminisce & share their memories and stories with all of us. Joe not only drove us to each destination, but he stopped & waited very patiently while they shared their stories! Starting at the home where Mom & Uncle were born & raised in, My Grandma & Grandpas home where they moved to until they passed, the Old Cemetery where they lay to rest with many generations of family. We drove by where they used to work/retired from ( if the buildings were still there) and even a couple places they used to have beers & cut loose when they were in their prime haha. We got out at the Veterans Park to stretch where the Parmly Hotel used to stand-where my Grandmother was a desk clerk & met my Grandfather- the traveling Salesman from Massachusetts. The leaves were so beautiful & the day was perfect to walk around the park & listen to their continued stories. We proceeded to everyone's 1st homes where we all raised our children and shared more fond memories!! We ended at the new BEAUTIFUL William Vincent Winery on the Lake in Madison to share some wine & snacks. Highly Recommend! This was not Joes typical bus run & he shared with Us how much he enjoyed us as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Sunset Taxi. I purchased the Yelp deal. My driver would not accept the deal, claiming that "we don't take Yelp…read moreanymore" and "they take too much." He then instructed me to pay a second time by credit card and request a refund from Yelp. I calmly told him that we won't pay for a service a second time (especially without a written guarantee that we would receive the refund--I checked before asserting my position) and that it is their responsibility to remove the Yelp deal, not my own as the consumer. He refused and I also refused, so he yelled and said "fine, it's a free ride and you've wasted my time." Multiple times I tried to have him click "deal claimed" or whatever that text is on my phone so he still received payment, but he refused. After being told to just "get out" and having our bags forcefully removed (he was frustrated, I get it), I filed a refund claim with Yelp. After this claim was processed today, he called my relative who used the service the day prior to scream at her for our actions. I really don't know what else to say, but that this entire situation could have been resolved by his acceptance of the offer his company makes through Yelp (they had agency in this decision) and then handle removing the offer from Yelp with the company directly. His calling my relative was uncalled for, unprofessional and a form of harassment. Everything else about the ride was perfect. He was on time, got us to the airport promptly, and this would otherwise have been a four or five star ride. If you're paying by cash or card, perhaps it's worth riding with them. Though, the harassment makes me feel unsafe and uncomfortable truly recommending them to anyone.

I probably advertised years ago but know nothing about it now, so "no" I'm not going totake your voucher even though it's already paid for on my card: I will def be calling to file a complaint and get my funds redeeme. in the meantime, I wouldn't use this company if your looking for a ride in Cleveland!!
