He didn't miss a workday until it was done. I know at least two of my neighbors stopped him and got some help with their own individual decks. One keeps telling me how much he loves it, he says it's like adding an additional rec room to the house. I totally agree! Recently I found out Levi has so much work that hes been farming some out to his friends. I wondered why didn't Levi just raise prices, after all isn't that supply and demand? Started off with a good experience with Shepherds, but by the time installation came, it turned…read morepretty sour. The tile guy, Trenton(?) was awesome, but the carpet folks they sent took many shortcuts and left an atrocious mess. They also ripped out all of our baseboard because they "misunderstood" us when we told them not to. In addition, they didn't level out our living room adequately, which Shepherd's tile guy agreed. In our formal room, they did not finish the carpet transition properly, and the carpet began lifting a few hours after they left. Their carpet installer refused to acknowledge any issues. Shepherds then sent Trenton back, who is their tile guy, to fix the carpet issue. He mentioned that the way in which the carpet guys over-stretched the carpet would be an issue within the year, and he was right. We are now experiencing lifting of the carpet at the edge and it is beginning to destroy the carpet. It has been only a year. We will be seeking out options to remedy this experience.
