I visited from out of state and was told to go to this salon for my gel manicure and I really wish this salon was in my state! I was greeted upon entry and waited about ten minutes. There's plenty of comfortable seating while I waited. The gentleman (he was the older of the two men working that day) who did my nails was kind and we had a nice conversation. What really impressed me the most is how long this gel manicure has lasted/continues to last! I visited almost three weeks ago and the photo I attached was from a few minutes ago. Their guest service is so wonderful , a client with our company lost her receipt and they worked with us to help find it in their system.

The ambiance in this place is great. The whole process was kind of timely as I had to wait when I came in although I called and they said I would be able to be seen right away prior to my arrival. I got an SNS manicure and Gel Pedicure. My nails looked great when they were done. However, the SNS manicure only lasted for two days before both my thumbs chipped. When I called to get them fixed they couldn't get me in until the next day so I didn't even bother. It's hard to find a great nail salon in Huber Heights coming from Cincinnati salons. I don't think I will return unfortunately. read more

Just in town looking for a place to get my eyebrows and nails down so I yelped like usual and this place wasn't too far so I headed over. It said online that they do walk-ins so I said "let's go". I arrived and the girl at the counter didn't acknowledge me, she looked up from behind the glass and then back down without saying a word. There was a gentleman to my left doing nails who was on the phone, he must be the manager or owner. Either way as I just stood there, he got off the phone and then I asked do they do eyebrows and pedicures. He stated no to eyebrows and there was a wait for pedicure. All in all I would of waited but the customer service is lacking so I left. Would not recommend and won't be returning. read more

Everytime I've come here I've been so impressed. Its even better now with the glass of wine or beverage you get with your pedicure. We took my 90 year grandma for a birthday pedicure and the gentleman that pampered her made her feel like a queen. He was so sweet and so gentle with her. She was swooning over him by the end of her time with him! Made her feel really special. The same guy was also nice enough to fix my toenail the next day after our appointment when I was impatient and ruined my big toes nail's polish. Really nice group of people! read more

I tried to give this salon a second chance after a few years. I was able to get service within 15 minutes of waiting this time. The tech was very nice and friendly. However, my gel manicure looked fine at the salon, but it is chipping within 24 hours of service. I'm not sure what they're doing wrong, but this isn't normal. DON'T RECCOMMEND AND WONT BE BACK. They refused to soak off my nails because it would take too long after I waited for an hour. Told me I should have said that at the beginning WHICH I DID and then cut all my nails down to different lengths and all are slanted differentdirections. They excepted me as a walk in for a gel manicure with dip powder soak off and only had to wait about 15 mins before helped. Would have given the business a 5 star just off of COVID Sanitation was per guidance, had plenty of signage and hand sanitizer and plexiglass guards. All employees wore face mask and wore them appropriately. Observed an employee sanitized the area before she grabbed another patron. Why I have it at 3 stars, was my nail tech however did not wiped down or sanitize the station before I sat down. The station and all the tools and equipment she was using was dusty with fake or maybe even real nail debris. Station was dusty and had nail clippings. The tech went to go get the tools in what seems like a "catch-all drawer" and each tool she attempted to use on me was filthy then she'd stop and noticed it was dirty so she sprayed it with alcohol, wiped the access alcohol off on a random towel that was sitting at the station and continued to work on me. (Defeats the purpose of spaying with alcohol). She got through buffing and shaping my nails, brushed the activator on--I then asked if she was going to give me a manicure. She replies, oh-you wanted a manicure. I clearing indicated what service I wanted on the electronic sign in iPad. She's goes-I'll do it after the polish. But the point of getting a manicure before gel polish is to removed all the built up cuticle, dead/rough skin, hang nails and all. Plus, it makes for a larger surface area for the gel to adhere better and last longer. So I kindly asked if she could at least push the cuticle back so the gel can look and last longer... she got the a tool from the catch all drawer, and started straight in on clipping my cuticles DRY! At this point, I'm like no she is NOT doing this dry. She noticed i did indeed have ALOT of skin around my nail beds to be removed so she sprayed each nail with alcohol and continues to clip away, by the 8th finger, she nicked me and I jumped from the sharp pain of alcohol entering--she then decided to get a bowl of warm water to do a manicure. However she still did not use a flat cuticle scraper to push the cuticle back or to clear the nail bed in the corners. So she painted the gel polish reference the large amount of cuticle neglected on my nail bed so it looks like I got my nails don't a week and half ago.... The space left between my neglected overgrown cuticle and the gel polish is INSANELY noticeable and crooked. I have waaaaaay more nail bed space than shown in the picture. I was so upset; I didn't get the techs name. Where was Vinny today? read more

I had a fade done with a touch of glitter along the fade. Lena did a fantastic job helping me match my existing color with the different brands carried at this salon vs my home salon. She also paid careful attention to the amount of glitter used to best mimic the other nails. Lena made the necessary adjustments as she went along. I visited Signature Nail Spa for the first time today with my mom. At first it seemed like there would be a long wait but we actually got in very quickly. My nail tech (Thiy I think that's how it's spelled) was very sweet and funny and easy to talk to, she did my nails exactly the way I wanted them and I was very happy. My mom said her pedicure was the best she's had in a while besides the awkwardness of her nail tech not talking much, the decor was beautiful and the place was very clean and nice. I have gone here for a few months. They give top priority to people getting dips and pedis. The dips are easier for them to do and more expensive. If you want acrylics you have to wait longer as only a few techs know how to do acrylics. So if you have been waiting for half an hour someone else can walk in and get waited on immediately. This was prior to quarintine. Now only a couple of techs working but by appointment only which should be great. You'd think it would be better right. Nope. They are over worked and overbooked. Manager was telling people they were an hour behind. He then became frantic to hurry me through my appt. I visited this salon last week and was pleasantly surprised. It doesn't look like much from the outside. Actually, you can't even see in because the windows are tinted. The salon itself is so clean and smelled even better. I received one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. The gentleman took his time and did a wonderful job. I had gel put on my toes because it lasts SO much longer. They look absolutely perfect, even a week later. I may actually dump my old salon to start coming here. I got a fill and the man made me feel like I was bothering him by even being in the store. at the end of my appointment my nails looked like I had been playing in dirt and then he still wanted a tip. I left the place feeling so mad that I cried. it also took a while longer than normal so I wasn't able to have them fixed before I had to leave for my trip. Dropped in at Signature on a Friday afternoon around 3:30 and there were 7 or 8 ladies already waiting; I waited probably 45 minutes for a mani-pedi but it was well worth it. The nail tech was meticulous, gentle, and skilled. She took her time with my services even though the place was busy and others were waiting, which I appreciated.
