Nails were done well BUT, I feel that I was completely ripped off. I booked an appointment for an acrylic full set and confirmed when I got there what my appointment was for. When I was charged $80 I was then told that they did Gel-X on my nails. They never told me that is what they were doing or that it would be twice as much as acrylics. I was so excited to do something nice for myself but as an unemployed college student I was really disappointed and felt I was taken advantage of because I had never been there. read more

WORST nail place I have ever gone to!! So, I scheduled an appointment for 5pm, I showed up 5 minutes early. They tell me it will be a couple more minutes so I wait. 45 minutes go by and no one has helped me! I was about to leave and then they finally took me over to get my nails done. As quickly as she started my nails, she left me to start another customer!! So I'm sitting there, with my nails buffed for 30 more minutes before she finally comes back to actually do my nails. She then convinces me to get a more expensive acrylic manicure and then BUTCHERS my cuticles!!! Blood is spewing out of my fingers and she just smashes her hand over the wound instead of cleaning it up!! After waiting 3 hours for my nails to be done, she charges me $45 for uneven, blood soaked nails. WTF?? And 3 days later, two of the nails came off. Not returning, ever. read more

Mediocre. Rude. Add on hidden fees. Went in for a set a few weeks ago. Man that did my nails awkwardly made gestures and said things towards me. "I'll take your card if it means you'll chase me." Then yesterday he called a girl a brat while she requested a different color on a certain nail. I guess he was joking around, she didn't seem amused. Then I recently went in and got a fill. 2 customers and 4 employees. I was told to sit and wait (ended up being a half hour) while two employees talked and two worked. Woman came and did my nails, she did a great job. Then I go to pay and there is more money added on because I wanted my nails trimmed down... well I got them filled from them growing out? Doesn't that mean they always get cut down? Stupid, but I paid it. Waste of my time, I'll find somewhere else from now on. read more

I recommend this nail salon. The staff is friendly. Clean and with a relax atmosphere. I was offered tea or coffee. The chairs are nice and clean. Sam worked on my nails, very polite and helpful. I have been coming here consistently for the last five months. I went to a lot of different nail places that either overcharged or my nail polish would not last longer than a week. Here, getting a regular Mani Peti, I have been able to keep my nail polish on for about two weeks on both my hands and my toes. The service has been consistent and they do the best leg massages and are quick. They offer gel as well. I highly recommend but also recommend calling and setting up an appointment because they are busy. Hope this helps! read more

Do NOT go here! With so many nail salons on every corner this salon in the Wal-Mart shopping center's strip mall should be skipped. This was good once, but has gone down hill very fast. The chairs are old, the employees are different than before and not friendly at all. I had my boyfriend go with me and they charged him 3 extra dollars for being a man!!! That is rediculous! He didn't even get his toes painted, so it should have been less, not more. He was done 10 minutes earlier than me for the same level of pedicure. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had in getting a pedi. The nail tech was a young thin Asian women. She came in did not greet us for 20 minutes. Was talking in the whole time to another nail tech, never made eye contact. Then while talking to the other nail tech decides its a good idea to cut the middle of my cuticle with small scissors. It immediately began to bleed. She continued cutting. I pulled my foot away asked her to stop,cutting and pay attention. She replied by saying, "you okay" and laughing. An older Asian lady came,over with gel to make the toe stop bleeding bc she was them trying to put gel top coat on top of the blood. Its been 2.5 weeks and I still have evidence of the cut. It ended up being about 1.5 inches long. Then while doing gel on my toes kept bumping the uv ray machine into my wet toes and tried to dry them without fixing them. Needless to say it was anything but relaxing and I had to micromanage every move she made. She sucks. I will never go back. Some people should not be allowed to do nails. read more

Tina was right on time for our appointment.. the place was clean, staff friendly, and they had an extensive color selection. The technician at the front desk was insanely rude to me. I came in to have my nails filled and I wanted pink and white, which I have never had done before. The first thing he asked me is if I want a gel top coat (means more $ for him). I then asked how they do the pink and white, simply because I was curious if they used tips or a form. His reply: "you're not a technician you do not need to know this." I just turned and walked out. Never in my life has someone responded to me in this way.
