This shop has consistently went down in quality work, got full set, the next day, a nail popped off, 2nd day 2 more nails popped off by the 4th day 5 nails had popped off, they told me they would redo my nails for no charge, set the appointment, the next day the nail shop called me to say they will give a discount, they backed out from their word, so fuck their discount, and I will never step foot in that again, after a a customer for over 4hrs. read more

I walked in and asked for a gel-x fill in and pedicure. The person at the desk confirmed they do gel-x and I went to the chair for a pedicure. About half way through the pedicure a woman walks up to tell me they don't have my current nail polish color and asks me if I got my nails done here. I got them done in Atlanta. She then says they do one fill in and no subsequent refills. She told me I would have to get them taken off and get a new set. My flabbers were ghasted. I politely declined. Obviously if I had known this when I came would've gotten both services elsewhere. I commented to the same young lady when I was leaving the salon that it would've been helpful to know this when I came in. She was combative and u professional and stated more gals information about gelx i kindly paid the ridiculously high price for the pedicure and tipped the pedicures since none of this had anything to do with her. I'll not be returning and if zero stars was an option, that's what I would give. read more

The environment looked nice. They were timely in getting us in. The techs did a pretty good job. They could have been more thorough with the pedicure. The massage was very short. Almost forgot they did it. Water got cold quickly in the manicure. Not the friendliest place. read more

I came in for a pedicure and when I got home, I noticed that my feet looked exactly like it did. before I left home. I called in and sent pictures and she told me I need to keep coming back weekly to get rid of dead skin. she knew it was a poor job. I only go to them for convenience. Walked in on a Wednesday evening to get a manicure. I waited about a half hour, before being serviced-I didn't have an appointment and it was busy. I liked the finish on my gel manicure however the tech cut my cuticles too short. I added a paraffin soak to help soften my fingers after all the acetone soaking I went back that Saturday and got the milK and honey pedicure. My only complaint was that my massage with my pedicure was very rushed. There are so many steps to the spa pedicure, they should consider adding an additional 10 mins to get the massage portion done. read more

This is my go to nail salon. They are doing an excellent job insuring safety measures. The second you come in the door, they take your temperature. Then everyone is required to wash their hands before any service they get. Mask are required. They are quick, efficient, and they have tons of options for gel polish or sns color. Well, my search for a decent nail salon in Douglasville continues. This was a nightmare. The girl who did my pedicure (Pao) did a passable job, and at least was gentle. However, I saw her clean the clippers by spraying with alcohol and putting them back in the bag. No sterilizing here, folks. The first person to do my gel manicure (an older man) was just awful. Not only did he cut/shape the nails wonky (see photo), the polish was a mess and he kept cleaning up the edges WITH HIS OWN UNGLOVED FINGERNAIL. Tracey finished the job (had to start all over again). She also took care of my ingrown (Pao admitted Tracey would be better at that; I appreciated her honesty). It is also pricey -- $53 for regular pedicure and hell-i-mean-gel manicure. I will not be back, to say the least. read more

I originally asked for clear tip and narrow square when they applied it I told them I cannot tell that it is a clear tip and if I'm paying $5 extra I wanna be able to see it and they told me it would be visible when they were done (which it still wasn't). My appointment was at 2:45 and I was still there at 5:00 getting them done .I had to leave To get my child so I came back the next day they said had to pay again to fix them with only 15% off . This experience was horrible to say the least. I made an appointment for 1pm this afternoon. When I arrived, I was told that the nail tech was working on another customer, and that she should be done around 1:20pm. When 1:20pm came and went, the nail tech was still working on said customer. Another 20 minutes or so went by, and I went up to the receptionist and asked what time the tech would be done, as I have to be at work at 2:30pm. She looked at me with a nonchalant attitude and asked if I would like to reschedule my appointment. Mind you this was after someone else had come in after me, and was able to receive their services right away. I told the receptionist no and walked out. Customer service and quality service is now rare these days, and this was my first and last time coming into this establishment ever again. read more

This place is amazing and the receptionists are always so nice and sweet. I always get Holly to do my nails and she always does an amazing and flawless job. Everyone is patient and nice and they offer water, soda, and wine. They try to get with every customer as fast as possible. I get the nexgen dip powder and it will last for four or five weeks! Beware.... our friend just told us today when we were discussing our experience about our visit yesterday that they possibly caught a foot fungal infection in their last visit to Signature..!! Good things happen to good people. Set an appointment at 12:30 pm... overbooked. Re-set appointment at 6:30 pm. Overbooked again. Didn't even acknowledge the issue. Walked out after having our feet in the water for almost an hour. Quality has consistently gone downhill. Must be poor ownership. Don't care about customers coming back. I usually head to Atlanta to get my nails and eyebrows done, but it I figured it's time to venture around the Douglasville area and search for a nail salon. When I arrived I had amazing service. No wait and they sat me right away. I was met by Tracy who would keep conversation but wouldn't be too intrusive. She gave me one of the best gel manicures I've ever had in my life. It's scary because Douglasville does not have much to offer, but this manicure was everything! Again if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I decided to go back because I got a gift card. I wanted a pedicure which was-ok but when it came time for a manicure I had some gel in one hand. Well the lady told me it would be $10 for the gel to be taken out? Excuse me?? I've had gel removed no problem in other places, are they out of their mind? And it was one hand not both. Great experience! I walked in without an appointment and was helped immediately. My feet and hands look and feel amazing. There were 14 massage pedicure chairs! It was very clean and they had several options to choose from for manis and pedis. I was really surprised to see how many men were there getting pedicures too. The staff was great - it was nice to see some Vietnamese culture - it made me feel like I was back home in SoCal. Prices are a little steep but the staff does a great job!!! Normally, they do an okay job. Today was a different story. I went in to get a pedicure, SNS dip manicure & my eyebrows waxed. While I was please with my pedicure and waxing. My manicure makes me want to cry. I wanted a longer nail while they started out at the right length. The lady doing them began to file them more and more until they were at the tip of my finger. I went here with my daughters. Very nice place. Great customer service. I like that they offer a kids pedicure that is reasonable. Tools are autoclaved which is a very nice plus. We were seated right away but had to wait a little while for the pedis to start. That was fine with us it gave us more soaking time and we were checked on to see if we needed the water warmed. Who I can assume was the manager came to check in is and gave us an expected time to start which I liked. I would definitely go back. read more

Visiting from the great NYC, the city that never sleeps and looked for a salon that would meet my needs and expectations! By God's grace I found Signature Nails. I had an awesome pedicure, exfoliation, callous removal, several oils and moisturizers for only $35 in NY I get less for $60! The manicure was perfect done simultaneously with your pedicure as you relax in the chair! I am VERY happy I'll be back for another one of those awesome pedicures before I leave two weeks from now. I will drive anywhere in Atlanta for good service, and did.....but thank God I found this salon right in my own community of Douglasville. They are very personable, friendly, consistent, and always classy. I am a flight attendant, so my hands must look good at all times; I can honestly say I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go. I have been a client of Signature Nails for over 2 years. I absolutely love this place! Minh makes you feel like you are part of a community. The staff is very friendly and are attentive to your needs. I've watched them in action to fix any issues which is rare but they are about taking care of the customer. They are in high demand there and it can be challenging to walk in and expect quick service as I recommend calling ahead and setting an appointment.
