My stepdaughter recently had a fresh manicure done here, and it was quite expensive, so we expected top-quality service and a durable finish. Unfortunately, within less then one day, her nails started chipping and peeling significantly--something we've never experienced with any other salon, even with less costly services. Concerned about the poor quality and the high price paid, I called the salon to explain the situation and ask if they could offer a solution or at least fix the serious issue given she does not live with us all the time and to give us something. To our dismay, the staff was completely unwilling to help or provide any suggestions. Despite the obvious problem and the cost, they did not offer to repair, redo, or even partially address the damage. To not acknowledge your lack of quality and horrible service, something should've been done, but of course nothing was done. What made matters worse was their rude and dismissive attitude over the phone. Instead of showing understanding or professionalism, the staff seemed annoyed and impatient, making the entire interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. They are only concerned with the money they received and not having proper customer service, it's safe to say I will never return, and will let people know about the terrible service as well as the customer service that I received after the service was given. It felt like they had no interest in taking responsibility or valuing customer satisfaction. A reputable and customer-focused salon would recognize that problems can happen and should stand behind their work--especially when charging premium prices. Unfortunately, this salon fails on both quality and service fronts. Given the expensive cost, I expected far better results and a willingness to make things right. Here is a picture below showing the condition of the nails after just one day. Considering the poor quality and lack of service, I strongly believe I should be refunded my $15 for such a disappointing outcome. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone looking for nails that last or a staff that respects and supports their customers. This experience was a total letdown, and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. If you're looking for rude staff, poor quality, and zero accountability, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your money and find a salon that actually cares about their customers.

Tony, owner of the family business is straight up about running the business. I remember when we met I brought him a 6-Pack of beer from his native land. He appreciated the gesture. My wife has used him before, he does a gOOd job. I really like they way her hands and feet looks once completed. Everyone in the shop is well trained and professional. I happen to connect with Lee who is the one I have chosen for my pedicures. She is strong and her massages are thorough. I tell her when she is done, that my feet look "brand new!" It makes her laugh and she takes her time when her work is recognized. We communicate with an understanding although her English is not the first language. I was one in the past to always pass on taking and moment to having my feet massages, nails clipped and feet scrubbed. But as my wife has said in the shop, "he puts holes in the sheets with those sharp toenails!!" LMAO - let's be honest, we all have been there but in this case, we as men have to step up to the plate and spend time grooming our bodies to lower the cost on sheet replacement (hah). Lee, my go to person takes her time and gives me the attention that is necessary to get the job done. If it goes after then what I anticipate, then I will let her know. it's that simple. I am heavy into music so I bring my headphones into the shop and tune out for those 60 seconds of feet pampering. They shop normally has a food show playing in the background like elevator music but it a lot of repeat of the same thing, so I zone into my deeper self. One Exception, businesses who give exceptional service and have 5 stars are growing at a fast rate towards perfection, it does not mean they are perfect. If you have a favorite technician working on your soles and things take a turn towards your tolerance level - remind them that you are not in a rush and prefer to move at a slower pace. The techs have always been pleasant but not overly talkative. Now let's talk about the actual job. My pedicures have always turned out ok, but my gel or sns sets, not good. Each time, I've had my nails chip or come off within a week and half or less. This shouldn't happen, especially with SNS nails. The manicures have also been lackluster with no hand massage and with pedicures, sometimes forgetting the foot massage. I will say that every time I've been, the owner, Karen, usually has a regular client that she's seeing and everyone loves her. Seems like she does a lot of specialty nails, so it's kind of crazy that her techs do such lackluster jobs on basic nails chip sets.
