About half way through the pedicure a woman walks up to tell me they don't have my current nail polish color and asks me if I got my nails done here. I got them done in Atlanta. She then says they do one fill in and no subsequent refills. She told me I would have to get them taken off and get a new set. My flabbers were ghasted. I politely declined. Obviously if I had known this when I came would've gotten both services elsewhere. I commented to the same young lady when I was leaving the salon that it would've been helpful to know this when I came in. She was combative and u professional and stated more gals information about gelx i kindly paid the ridiculously high price for the pedicure and tipped the pedicures since none of this had anything to do with her. I'll not be returning and if zero stars was an option, that's what I would give.

Worst nail salon experience. Just left Allure and I am beyond upset. I arrived around 1:15pm today…read moreas a walk in and checked in for a fill in and gel pedicure. There was no wait and I was seated immediately. Dung was doing my pedicure and did everything fine until it came time for the polish. He did a sloppy paint job, and I asked him to clean up the sides before putting it under the UV light. He did not. He waited until after everything was cured to clean it up. He tried to clean it up by using the cuticle clippers and ended up cutting me and I bled. The nail polish is very streaky and thick. I complained to the owner about it and nothing was done. Dung left once I started complaining to Jenny and didn't complete the service. It wasn't until I got home that I realized he never fully wiped off the mask on the back of my leg. Now onto the acrylic fill in. Tina performed the service and had to be corrected several times. I tried to get her to add more acrylic because the nail bed was too flat and I like it to have a curve, I even showed her the nail on my other hand as an example. She told me it was flat because she did not file it yet. Filing was not going to correct the flat/straight nail bed. It took 4 time telling her to get any progress and I finally gave up because her last attempt was acceptable and I didn't want to waste anymore time. I had been in the chair for about 1.5 hours at that point. Around the same time I was complaining to Jenny about the pedicure I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the nails as well and that I needed to be out in the next 15/20 minutes. Jenny took over my nails and did the French tip but had an attitude with me over a miscommunication. She asked if I wanted the French arch the same as last time, I said yes and trusted that she knew what that was because she looked at my nails prior to the service. She did the sides long and not even centered. Despite all of these issues--including getting cut--the only thing Jenny took off the bill was the $5 charge for the French tip. I told her that was completely unsatisfactory, but they refused to budge. I was charged the full price of $102 for the services. I am normally a 20% (or more) tipper wherever I go, but with this horrible experience and their complete unwillingness to discount the bill, I could not bring myself to reward them with a tip. I feel like I completely wasted 2.5 hours and $102 because I will now have to go somewhere else to get all of this redone. I live in another state and was visiting the salon my mom frequents but they have lost her business as well. Avoid this place

I needed a fill in, i needed them shorter and almond shaped and smooth. I know some some people are chattier than others, as soon as we got started she got on her phone and talked to a friend the entire time, she still paid attention to me, and checked in that the shape and length were good- so im not complaining... She did a really really good job, and at a good price. it was $45.00 She could have told me i needed a new set and charged a bunch more but I appreciated the honesty and the quality of the work she did. Will def, be back and want to try a pedi next time too. I think I have found my new nail place :) I will post pics next time, this was 3 weeks ago so they are super grown out

Short story: nasty shop, nasty attitude…read more Today was probably my 12th visit to Top Nails. It's close, reasonably priced, and typically a quick mid-quality experience. I have sent my guests from out of town here and have relied on them for special occasion nails including my wedding and bachelorette. I was a fan, frequent customer, you name it. Unfortunately the quality has dropped immensely. The shop was so dirty I stopped my pedicure service and opted to leave before polish or my manicure. I tried to speak with the owners to understand if this was temporary (maybe they were short staffed or experienced a death in the family, etc.) however I was met with indifference and told that they "clean everyday". Take a look at these pics and decide if you deserve better for your nail service experience!
