A female employee came outside (the OWNER Amy) and began to question us as to why we were there. I responded respectfully by saying we were just staying out of the heat and I just needed somewhere to work on school work until my work out. She rudely responded by saying this was employee parking and I needed to move. I asked if there was signage posted saying that I was allowed and she ignored me and walked back inside. She then proceeded to call the police on us. While on the phone with them, I asked her "what if I was a customer of yours waiting on an appointment" she again rudely responded saying "then you would know to park in the front" and slammed the door. Police showed up and kindly reassured us that we were allowed to be there and we were not doing anything wrong by being there. They even mentioned how they get calls like this all the time. SMH. What a waste of tax payer dollars due to snobby residents. I am just absolutely appalled at how rude and judgmental this woman was. Just because I'm traveling out of a van doesn't mean I'm less than you and you can talk down to me. I don't recommend supporting this pretentious business at all. It's not hard to be a decent human being. Amy, be better.

She asked me to update my review on their website (not Yelp). She said she would send me a link but she kept forgetting to do it, and I never could get on to their website to change my review. 2 years later I was desperate to get a haircut before my daughter's funeral, and decided to give them another chance. Julie was in a hurry as it was December 23rd (and she told me she had not done anything to prepare for Christmas). I told her I wanted to take off 2 1/2 inches of length. She grabbed my hair and cut it ALL off. I had told her before she got started on the cut, I did NOT want a super short haircut -- but that's what I got stuck with. It took me 2 years to grow my hair as long as it was! I was heartbroken when I saw how she had just chopped everything off. She was obviously preoccupied she told me I was the last appointment for the day. She should have never taken me as a customer if she couldn't manage to pay attention, and do it in a professional manner.
