I…read morestood in line for over an hour waiting to simply drop off 3 ups Amazon returns, (which as a side note this is supposed to be a more convenient method for Amazon returns) & the ONE worker they had behind the counter was a woman who was taking that current time (a very busy time) to rip into & remove everyone's items separately from the boxes the customers had the items pre packaged inside of, & she than bagged the items in a plastic bag versus the boxes they were already originally inside of & than she would place the items in these new sealed bags inside of these larger boxes behind the counter, creating double the work for herself, & she would keep scanning a barcode on the side of the big box for each item that went inside of it. When I did finally get to the front of this ridiculously long line that moved in very slow motion I asked her why she was doing this & she told me "if the items are inside of a bag versus a box it saves room inside the larger boxes". Which I can appreciate & understand the logic behind this, however what I should have asked was why she was choosing to do this right than & there versus ohhhhh idk, maybe when it's not the busiest time of the day?!? I couldn't understand why there was no one in charge to tell her what she was currently doing was creating more work for herself, but more importantly was creating an unnecessary delay for every single person that stood on that line! I mean if your so set on saving space just scan the packages as their coming in, inside of the boxes customers have already packaged them inside of, put them aside, give the customer their receipt, & tear into these boxes & re-bag everything in plastic bags when the line isn't going out the door & THAN place them in of the bigger boxes all going to Amazon to save space & also to save customers time & aggravation.

I unknowingly bought a terrible diy wedding invitation kit and found that I couldn't print them at…read morehome because the ink from my ink jet printer bled and looked horrible- the kit did not specify the need to use a laser printer. I have a very busy life and had planned to spend a solid day and a half with my mother putting together the invites but that plan was based on us having an easy time printing at home. Needless to say, when I realized this wouldn't work I was panicked. Staples and FedEx Office stores couldn't help me because the smallest stock size their machines could handle was 4" wide... my invites are 3.75" wide. Close to tears I plugged in "print" into my GPS and found East Bay. The woman that answered the phone was knowledgeable and comforting telling me that worst case scenario, if they couldn't use a machine to print my invites they would do a screen print of it, either way they had a solution. When my mother and I arrived there, Jenn the designer took my file and although she didn't have the fonts that I had initially used she promised she would make it work. She also created the RSVP cards for us on the spot- starting from scratch when she realized the stupid stock cards that came with my kit were smaller still than my invites and wouldn't fit in the machine. She gave me a beautiful solution to a very stressful situation- and she did it in very little time! While I live in New Hampshire I would highly recommend East Bay Printing & Copying to anyone in the Warren, RI area and I know my parents, who do live locally will utilize them at any chance they get. Thank you to Jenn and the rest of the staff, because of you, our wedding invites came out beautifully and were in the mail on time!
