I recently was shopping for a Delta shower system and was unable to find one any place that could get the specific model I was looking for in less than three or more weeks. I found the Fixture Shop on a Google search. I was surprised that they were able to get the part I was looking for in three days. I spoke with Salli on the phone. When I called to make sure they had received the part, I went pick it up as I live within driving distance of the store. Salli was busy when I arrived, so I spoke with Jim. He made sure all of the parts were in the box before I left. I was a bit surprised that the box had been opened before I arrived. Salli later told me that the shipping invoice from Delta was inside the box, which is why she opened it. It does appear that the parts are new and not remanufactured. I was assured that they are new by Salli and Jim both, and Salli did provide me with an order number from Delta. One star deduction for the open box mystery. Other than that, I am very pleased with the service received. The price I paid was very competitive as well. read more

In September 2024 we had our master bathroom remodeled. We went shopping for shower and bathroom sets at many stores such as Home Depot, Bathworks, and Floor & Decor. We ended up purchasing most of our products from the Fixture Shop because of their prices, quality, and service. At the fixture shop we bought a complete Miramar shower set, sinks, faucets, mirrors, and a quartz countertop. I was very impressed with the sales personnel. Salli was very knowledgeable and personal. She also assisted a younger woman Alyssa that was working with us. There was also an older gentleman Jim that helped us select the appropriate faucets and sinks. He later adjusted my shower head outlet so more water pressure gpm was exiting the unit. The only issue I had was getting some of shower products on schedule. It was projected to be ready in two weeks but took about three weeks. Since this was a special order we didn't mind however our contractor was on hold for a while but he kept our tile guys working during that time. Oh and our quartz countertop was done with professional quality. If anyone needs these types of products make the Fixture Shop one of your choices before you purchase elsewhere. read more

Another customer service disappointment to add to my growing list. I ordered a expensive toilet from Fixture shop. Paid a hefty delivery charge. My house has been undergoing construction due to winter storm last year and we weren't ready for toilet install until 3 months after I received the product. The packaging appeared in good shape to me and figured leaving it packaged would be best. Big mistake on my part! After opening I discovered the toiled was badly busted in multiple areas. It looks like it had fallen off a truck at some point. I waited a week to hear that the fixture shop can't do anything about exchange. I was told they could sell me another at their cost but I would have to pay freight. Its been about a week and I still have not heard back regarding the replacement. Disappointed with the follow through and their policy regarding damaged items. read more

As others have mentioned, they are very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful BEFORE you make your purchase. It's a different story if you need their assistance with any issues that arise after your purchase. There were parts missing from Brizo shower valve trim kit that I purchased from them. Salli, who sold me the product, told me that it would take 2 days to get the parts and she would call me when they arrive. I patiently waited over a week without hearing from her. This resulted in a delay in my plumbing installation. Salli was non-responsive when I tried to follow up with her. It was obvious that her attitude changed to being disinterested and unhelpful. What a sure fire way to burn your bridges with customers and discourage repeat business. I contacted Brizo and they were able to help me with a pleasant attitude to boot. read more

I had purchased fixture for my bathroom and kitchen from Fixture shop in 2006 and I recently had an issue with the faucet. Spoke with Sally about ordering a replacement cartridge and to my surprise she had my info and the original invoice of what I had ordered. She told me she would send a replacement out to me under warranty. It has been over 13yrs I was ready to pay and she said it was covered no charge. Anyone other company would have taken the opportunity to make some money on it. They have a great variety and customer service will be using them again when I remodel next year. read more

I've purchased all of our fixtures for our kitchen and bathroom renovations from The Fixture Shop. I've had to have replacement parts for our kitchen faucet, liquid soap dispenser and rainfall Showerhead. All of these items were covered under mfg warranty but that doesn't mean it's easy. Jim at the Fixture Shop went above and beyond to help me with get the replacement parts either directly through them or through Brizo for the Showerhead. He also showed me some things I can do to help with the functioning of the faucet and dispenser. I would not have this kind of customer service from a "big box" store. I've also found their prices reasonable for the quality of materials and service. Many people are doing renovations during the pandemic so it puts these types of specialty retail shops in a difficult situation with parts and fixtures difficult to inventory and receive from the manufacturers. read more

Here is an update on my problems with the Fixture Shop !! One if you put in an "" ordered" item which everything is ordered they will not return it even with a 25% restocking fee if you "have installed it" which I still think is absolutely ridiculous!! I spoke to the manufacturer this week Kohler after speaking to co-owner of the business Sally and told them actually I brought them over what was going on because they are a legit business manufacture and they also were disturbed that Fixture Shop was charging over the amount of retail on their site. They (Kohler) have taken care of it and are replacing my faucet with a new one at no charge!! . This brick and mortar store is nothing more than a brokerage for larger distributors consumer beware!! I haven't gone back to fixture shop in years and now I remember clearly why!!! Previous review : My fixture was less on Kohler website and even less on Amazon Jim was nice enough to not charge me a 25% restocking fee ( which I think is obsolete and gouging!) and did match Kohler after bringing it up to him Ehatruly sad you try to support your local business and you have a sour taste in your mouth!! Oh my gosh how I LOVE this store! It is a hidden gem with the most beautiful items! I thank my friend Barbara for recommending them to me. When we decided to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms we started here. It spoiled us because once I saw their sinks, I couldn't buy one anywhere else. We were looking at Home Depot and Lowes and nothing compared. I had to come back to the Fixture Shop for our sinks and medicine cabinets. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgable. Jose was the salesman who helped us and he was very patient and professional. He made recommendations based on our space limitations. We love everything we have. We decided to buy our fixtures here, as my sister had just remodeled her bathroom, and we bought the same exact tub and toilet as she did. Nice shop, nice selection. The real disappointment is with their customer service after the fact. Not interested in helping very much with questions and issues after we bought items for our two bathrooms and kitchen sink and faucet. Bought here to help small business, but they do not seem interested in helping return the favor. Great customer service!! We are new customers to Fixture Shop after having used Win Supply in Covina. Much better pricing and service here at Fixture Shop. Win messed up an entry door assembly order on us, I took in photos to place the order and they placed order incorrectly & wanted to blame me. Left us with a hole in the door that has no cover for it & mechanism went wrong direction which they choose upon seeing the photos and wanted to charge us a restocking fee for their mistake! I originally found this place on Yelp about a year ago. Jose helped my husband and I through every step in designing and choosing our options of fixtures for our bathrooms & kitchen for a house we are building. We found some really neat/ unique items here and Jose explained how they work as he is very experienced and knowledgeable about plumbing etc. He even offered to help explain to our contractor the intense plumbing system we had decided to go with. I can't say enough great things about this place! Today I called in and placed an order over the phone and Jose remembered us (it's been over a year!) He knew exactly what we needed and even recommended a different/ new type of body spray. I'm so excited to get our new sprays in! Thanks Jose! read more

Ordered shower and faucet fixtures was told i would have them by wednesday, arranged to have a plumber come out on saturday. Was told no problem - we'll definitely have it by then. Wednesday/thursday, no call. Friday i call, but no one returns the call. Saturday i drive over. At first they cant find the paperwork, then they remember they talked to the supplier on friday after my call and found out something went wrong and nothing had even been shipped. Didnt call me to let me know. Plumber charges me for a saturday visit to install, but i need to reschedule. Yes they know their stuff,and yes they've got a good selection, but their delays and communication of issues was really poor. read more

Was looking for shower base with a built in seat. The Jacuzzi website referred me to the Fixture shop. I initially contacted them by phone and the person I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. (I found out today, her name was Sally) Made a trip to Montclair to order the shower base. I was greeted by Jose, he advised that he would be with me shortly. (He was currently assisting another customer) Within a minute or two, Jim came out to assist me. I explained I was looking for a shower base with a built in seat. He asked if I needed a left or right drain as this is very important due to the location of the current faucet fixture. He checked his catalog, quoted me a price, contacted the company to check on the availability and quoted me an approximate delivery date. Jim was very efficient and knowledgeable. I was probably in and out within 15 minutes. Prices are comparable to big box stores, but here you get personalized service. I prefer to patronize small businesses for their personal service. The only reason I am withholding one star at this time is I am waiting delivery of the shower base in 2-3 weeks. read more

Since 2015, I have raved about The Fixture Shop and referred people there regularly, but that will no longer happen. Jim (co-owner) does not stand 100% behind the products nor honor the warranties he and his colleagues use as a selling point. What's more, he was utterly rude when I called to tell him that the $850 Waterstone faucet I had purchased from him (with a lifetime warranty) had cracked after minimal use. His staff member Jose told me that he had talked to Waterstone, and it was going to be very difficult to get it replaced, and then didn't answer email communications regarding how the replacement would be done and the warranty honored. Eventually, I called the Waterstone Company directly, and the customer service department said they had never been contacted by anyone from The Fixture Shop regarding my broken faucet, and were quite dismayed that a vendor was misrepresenting them and their product in this way. I then sent Waterstone the same photos of the broken faucet that I had sent to The Fixture Shop; Waterstone offered to send me a new faucet right away. The company manufactures to order, so I had the new faucet in hand in 4 weeks. Prior to this, I had truly enjoyed my interactions with Jim. I was truly surprised and saddened to learn this disingenuous side of him exists. I can only conclude that things change for him when one doesn't have a checkbook in hand. I now have another property to refurbish, but will be taking my business elsewhere. Apparently the upwards of $15,000+ I spent at the store wasn't enough for Jim and his team to tell the truth, or to honor the warranties of the products and companies they represent. read more

While remodeling my bathroom, I did a ton of online research. The fixture shop was nearby, had a show room, large selection and personal service. At first, I went in to check prices; ended up purchasing a beautiful faucet. Then after months of searching for my ideal bathroom sink with makeup vanity, with no luck, I went to the fixture shop for help. Jim was very helpful. He understood what it was I was looking for, and even drew up a blue print on the spot! I got my vanity a couple of weeks later (which is excellent knowing that it was being created by hand). The quality of the product is second to none. I even got soft closing doors and drawers. Not something I asked for, not even something I knew I wanted until now. Quality 5 stars, service 5 stars. We began our Master bathroom remodel in January. We were recommended to the fixture shop by family right from the beginning and they did not disappoint! Their customer service is unmatched. We had ordered a clawfoot tub and designed our entire bathroom around the tub, it was the focal point. When the manufacturer screwed up and failed to notify that there was a 3 month back order on the item, Jim spent hours calling around vendors, trying to find us a replacement tub. Jim found us a tub that was a superior product than our original and ensured that we did not eat the cost difference. While the error was not their fault they went above and beyond to help correct the problem. After that we were customers for life. We continued to go back for everything from sinks to sink fixtures, to toilets. November 2015, I had ordered a brass shower fixture hose that I had brought into the store to show the young man who helped me. He said he'd order it, and it would be in the next day. I drove in the next day, and it wasn't there. A person called me saying it wouldn't be there until another week or so. I called in a week or so, and they said it wasn't there yet. I called again later, and they said it was ready to pick up. When I arrived they said that the wrong part was ordered. The original young man who had helped me ordered a silver, instead of brass shower hose. They ordered me another one, and I called and finally got the right one after several weeks and making several trips. Although, they were very friendly, I am thankful that I had a second bathroom to take a shower, and I wish they would have told me an accurate delivery time, and checked that the right part came in, or informed me of the wrong before I made the third trip out.
