I cannot speak to the realtor services. I will say they Coldwell Banker West does DO NOT care…read moreabout the neighborhoods they sell, or the safety of the residents who live there. They are so anxious to get their commission that they put their "open house" signs everywhere - including sidewalks and bike lanes. Today, 3/28/26, there were signs for Laura Steffen in the bike lane of Clairemont Drive going east, and another on the line between the bike lane and the car lane going west. There were (multiple) signs for Jonathan Guerra all over the middle of the sidewalks near the open house. In all cases, they were a danger to the public, and in the bike lane example, a serious safety issue - and a liability issue for CB, should someone be injured. I was alarmed about this disregard for the safety of those who live in this neighborhood - enough to go to the open house and tell the brokers about the situation. They basically blew me off, and said, "yeah, we'll take care of it." They obviously could care less, and went back to trying to promote the house to the buyers in attendance. Coldwell Banker West - if you would like to leave the impression that you will be honest in your dealings, or that you care about the residents in the houses you sell, please remember this: Many of the Clairemont/Bay Park neighbors who see your signs and their dangerous/inconsiderate placement will not be quite so willing to call you to sell, as you are obviously more about making a buck than helping ALL homeowners to be happy and safe in their neighborhood. If not that, then please also remember that - whether a bike fatality on Clairemont Drive, or an injury to a resident who stepped into a street in bad repair, because there was no room on the sidewalk - either way, news coverage will not be positive for you. Hopefully that will give you more of a need to show some care than your agents would imply is possible at CB. I will be uploading pictures and video. Hopefully it's worth a thousand words.

What can I say about Pam Ratcliffe at Coldwell Banker except that she contains the rare qualities…read moreof being an extremely warm and trustworthy person along with being a stellar, exceedingly competent, and outstandingly conscientious businesswoman. A few years ago, she helped us purchase our beautiful home. We were new to the area and looking to change real estate agents since we were dealing with somebody who was just unavailable most of the time, and she was a breath of fresh air in every sense of the word. We had a day and a half to find a home to move into, and she helped make that happen. Recently, she helped us sell that home, which we thought we would be staying in for the long term, and she helped us negotiate all the hiccups along the way that were out of our control. In the end, we ended up getting the best deal. Along the way, with both buying and selling, we felt like we were her only clients, and I have a feeling that's how everybody feels when they work with Pam. I can't recommend her highly enough. If you want somebody who will be on your side and go above and beyond--I don't use that term lightly--she is the one who will work hard for you and leave you with a great feeling both personally and professionally.

S. Navy moved me and my family all over the United States. She demonstrated a thorough knowledge of real estate laws and regulations as well as the housing market conditions as we together developed the plan to sell our house. As we waded through the voluminous forms, Pamela was very thorough as she impressed on us the need for complete disclosures and what actions should be taken to present our house in the best light. Her ability to recommend and work with various tradesmen was key to presentation of the property. Her skills working with the buyers' agent reflected a genuine care for us. The sale was closed and recorded in short order as Pamela monitored every step of the process. Her communication and caring for us, her clients, were the hallmark for our success. We recommend Pamela Ratcliffe and her team over any realtor in San Diego County.
