They want everything to be digital -- ordering, payments, and customer service. Senior citizens are being ripped off by their abusive practices. They try to force you to sign up for "auto pay" which is a license to steal. They do not send send out invoices automatically. You never know what you are paying for. They put you collections mode before the due date. They do not tell the truth. A customer rep will tell you that everything is covered by insurance; then you get a bill! They will not let you know the price of an item before insurance subtractions. Do not use Adapthealth. They are the business to steal money.

When I first moved in I was unable to get my DirecTv hooked up (a major reason for moving in was their boast of DirecTv). It took two months of phone calls - time out of my job lost - to their office to finally achieve a resolution. During my residency there were continual noise problems with my upstairs neighbors and their dogs. Emails and calls to the office went unanswered, and not only was no result achieved, but when a prospective resident checked out the place (and happened to be a colleague) the agent said there were no problems with the noise level! Upon receiving the security deposit I was charged almost $300 for a paint job (though the place only had a coat of primer when I moved in). And $150 cleaning charge for a few hundred square feet which I cleaned well after moving out. The itemized list charges the appliances and floors which I made sure to clean thoroughly were 'dirty'. Find another place to live.
