Glad to say that I got what I needed on my recent banner order. The artwork featured portraits of two spirited young women facing each other in cameos. The texture was crucial, but initial proofs looked pixelated. The Signworld tech found a filter that fixed the problem -- and then faced the challenge of effectively framing the image, whose shape differed from that of the banner. I find their retractable roll up banner stands to be so handy. The premium model is very durable in windy situations and I always secure the top end to something stationary if possible. Signworld in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, has top in-person service. I was pleased to receive on the spot service and they stayed past their closing time to help me with a repair need. I did my research before buying the stands, which were recommended by the non-profit foundation I am supporting by displaying their banners. I'm very glad to do business with them! read more

The sign we purchased 10 months ago has fallen apart. The glue used to hold it together feels like dry toothpaste now. No adhesive. Such a disappointment. When I contacted them for a resolution, they responded with: "Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately the warranty on this sign has expired. I can send over a link to a highly recommended Silicone. I recommend taking down the sign before applying silicone as constant pressure is needed." No commitment to their product. read more

These guys let us down in the worst way. We paid them over $1,000 to make a tradeshow banner for us that was to be the back wall of our booth. We paid $10,000 to be at the tradeshow, so this was a very important project for us, and they left us HIGH AND DRY. Long story short, they couldn't figure out how to use the artwork we provided to them. They sent us some emails that went to our junk folder. It wasn't until 4 days before the tradeshow that we got a voicemail about a problem with our order. We had assumed the banner was shipping any day. After calling back, the issue with the artwork was resolved in about 3 minutes WITHOUT us providing them anything else. They "figured out" how to use our artwork on the phone? Aren't they professionals? Sad to say, they had Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to produce our banner even after they realized their mistake(their production is in house), but they refused to get it to us in-time, even after we offered to pick it up by driving 70 miles. We gave them our money and artwork 12 days before our tradeshow. They had 3 more days to "make it happen" for us after hearing about the problem and realizing that they had everything they needed to print. 1) Why did they not call us sooner if they were not getting email responses? 2) Once they discovered that they had no issues with our artwork and that they could print it, why did they not make our order a priority and get it done by Friday night? Or someone work the weekend? Again, they do this all in house. 3) After hearing about the horrible position we were in , why did they not at least recommend a competitor, or point us in the right direction of how we could get SOMETHING for our tradeshow? It's the least they could have done. Their only response is that they have a 4-day turn-around time... We were dumbfounded at this level of service and we told them as much, but they don't seem to care. We found a different company that got us something in time that worked, god bless them. We could never do business with Signworld again. The lack of service is just like a smack in the face. So disrespectful. I sincerely hope they figure out how to do proper business someday, but it seems like the problem starts at the top, the leaderhsip of their company, so yea, good luck with that. read more

I recently had some canvas wraps done here and it came out amazing. The prices were reasonable and they offer great service. The process was pretty easy and I was able to pick up since I'm local. The sign we bought does not meet code. Unusable. Customer no service refused to help.

Overpriced, bad customer service, bad quality, awful artwork. Charge $560 for graphic design of 2 banners and it looks like someone that was designed by someone with no experience, we could have designed better. We then want to cancel the order because it looks so awful however they wont refund for the graphic design which was the whole reason we didn't want the product. They couldn't have spent more than 30 minutes throwing together this generic design. read more

Beware - Horrible Customer Service! I have been using their Intermediate Calendar Vinyl for mounted signs on PVC and coroplast without issue for 2-3 years, as this was what their sales team suggested for this output. I recently had a job come back, as the edges were lifting around the entire perimeter of the sign. When I called to inform Signworld of the issue, as well as emailed pics, they said it was an application issue, not a material issue, that the PVC is porous surface, which requires pro bond when mounting to PVC. Knowing very well the limitations of their product, and that it requires Probond for lasting adhesion on PVC, they fail to mention this anywhere. Their sales rep did not inform me at the time of purchase, it is not mentioned anywhere in the products details on their website, nor are there any instructions in the box itself. Their best offer solution was a 10% discount off another roll ($7). They said that "their job is not to educate the customer", that it is the customer's responsibility to research the products they purchase. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or owner, I was quickly informed that "she was the only supervisor", and that the owner does not take calls. End of the line. Been a customer for 6+ years, lost a customer over $50. Plenty of other suppliers out their who value their customers, time to move on! read more

I ordered a banner from these guy on May 17 expecting to have it for my event on 30th. As per their website, it says 2 days banner print which is totally scam. Todays its 5th of June 2018 and still, the order is in transit. Seriously 18th days ... never received the tracking number too and when I called to get the refund. Both the supervisor and the call center representative were super rude and hang up the phone on me saying they will not refund the money. worst place to do business .. Do not trust them for any of your events they will for sure ruined it. I am going to write a review for them in every possible place. So that anyone else doesn't get scammed by this company read more
