Postal Perfect is...well, perfect! Everyone I've encountered here has always been so helpful and pleasant. They offer a vast array of services, many of which I've used, including postal/shipping services, LiveScan fingerprinting, passport photos, notary services, as well as the sale of Lottery tickets. Was in need of doing a fingerprint services for a future employer. Called the Rancho Cucamonga PD and they didn't have anything available till the following week, told me about this place. So happy I found them in such a busy plaza nestled between Five Below and Subway near LA Fitness. They were able to help me really quickly and were extremely friendly. Service was quick, cheap, and smooth. They didn't require an appointment which was helpful. Only paid $10 for each fingerprint card (FD-258 form) that was done. I can't say enough good things about Postal Perfect. Everybody is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cheapest and most efficient way to ship a package. Most recently, I had to ship a care package to my son, and Danny (along with another employee whose name I did not catch) took the time to cut down the big box I had to make it much cheaper to send. The package arrived the next day for less than the priority box would have cost. I almost never go to the post office anymore because of this place. Livescanning process was rushed and now I'm on a 30 day hold while the DOJ reviews my information. I can't be sure that it's the fault of the person processing my fingerprints but I've done this several times before and usually it takes a lot of tries on the fingerprinting machine. I've had to roll my fingers over and over to get the right amount of ridges to show up. At Postal Perfect the person conducting the fingerprinting went really fast. Literally rolled my finger and clicked enter right away. No reviewing the scan, just click click done. The process took less than 5 minutes. I can only assume the lack of fidelity caused the process to be delayed. Go somewhere else for fingerprinting. I would recommend your local police station. It will take a little longer but it will be done right. read more

I never thought I would do a review on a mailbox store, but here it is! My wife and I drive a truck for a living, and cannot rely on the local USPS for our various mail service needs, nor can we receive our mail at our place of residence, due to how long we are away from home. Recently, they made a small mistake with the receipt of a package, immediately called & texted us to alert us of a potential delay, and followed up with another text and call. If we had trusted our business to anyone else, especially USPS, it would have resulted in failure...the very reason why we chose Postal Perfect to begin with! I needed to get Livescan fingerprints for a new job and I called a couple of places to check prices. Postal Perfect had the least expensive price: $47 with no extra fees tacked on. (Prices vary depending on your job.) No appointment was necessary, so I walked in the next day, paid the fee, and had my fingerprints done. From start to finish, it took about 15 minutes and that was only because there was another fingerprint customer ahead of me. This was an easy, painless process. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS LOCATION IS NOT WHAT YELP HAS POSTED. 909-484-1474 is the correct phone number. I let the owner know when I got there so he can update it. Our family Passport photos were taken here and ready instantly for only $10. This is cheaper than the $15 the post office charges and he prints them in high quality and clear. The only other place cheaper than this that we found was Sam's club and Costco but for $2 extra, this is a quick and efficient place to go. Sam's and Costco takes a really long time because you have to wait for the photo employee to stop helping customers and tend to you. It's also about 30 min wait to get your photos printed out and they don't give you a sleeve to protect them like postal perfect does. read more
