I'm writing this review as an avid UPS customer. I went during the afternoon and was faced with no line and incredibly personable customer service. I was assisted by Sofia who not only took care of my Amazon return effortlessly, but helped me decide the best shipping options for a gift I was sending out of town. I was truly shocked to learn that she was still in training as I fully thought she was the manager of the establishment. I will be switching over my shipping needs to FedEx as a result of the incredible customer service Sofia exuded! read more

The young ladies working here on this particular morning were amazing. The lab corp in the same shopping center stated that they could not print out my Father's- sister's lab sheet and to take it to FedEx. I wasn't the only one in there with this problem. We could get that paper to print. Finally instead of saying "I can't " the young lading helping me said she had a solution, and we were able to get that darn paper printed. This place is great! The store is clean, well stocked and organized. It's also bright and welcoming. I've been coming here for years--whether to just drop off a FedEx package, to purchase shipping supplies, or for printing--both regular and large format jobs, and I've never been disappointed. Their prices are also very reasonable. They have designated parking spots for their business since they share a lot with a several other businesses. There's a relatively new package drop box in the center. You can simply scan the barcode on your package to get a receipt and drop your package in the container. They have signage that better explains the process now because where you actually drop the package is a large black box that doesn't even look like there's a dropbox there. LOL! I was laughing with an employee the first time I saw it and she said everyone has issues seeing it, so I didn't feel so bad lol. read more

Unfortunately, this location was really busy BUT only for the "self service " part of the store. Only one worker was helping out a line of over 10 people waiting for this "self service." When my mother and I came in we noticed 3 other workers behind the main desk counter area with one lady worker writing something down by the computer closest to the door and we had to say hi first. We asked how we fax several documents. She addressed us to the "self service" area and then we turn around to see multiple customers all looking disgruntled and only one male worker in that self service area helping out who also looked overwhelmed enough as it was. There was no need by any other workers to help him try to expedite any of the other customers needs. They only allowed the line to build with no concern for paying customers. This location already has a low review score and now we understand why. We left and went to the UPS store where the customer service was great! The value was obsolete due to the fact that we couldn't even get help, and we did not purchase any fax services. Better customer service needs to be a priority and the others workers could have taken an opportunity to make a sale. The other customers were all a bit older so I'm sure they don't know how to use the fax machine alone so it seems a bit disheartening because I understand when you don't know how to work a certain type of machine since faxing is not the most common way to communicate these days. Clean and open store! Perfect for your office needs. You can rent computers to go on the internet, print and fax documents. They also custom work any poster or printing project you have as well as shipping any item you have to anywhere around the world. Representatives are knowledgeable and helpful. Came here to ship a FedEx package in a hurry and had no problems. Expect to wait during busy hours like noon and after 5pm Open from 7am to 8pm during the week / 9am to 6pm on Saturday. I used to be able to go into this place and get transparencys done for my screen printing business, but they changed out the copy machines to a cheaper version -so I can no longer do that which is a key part of my business... from the outside of the facility, you can see all these signs saying that they can do anything, but once you get inside, you will find out they can't... very disappointing indeed.. read more

Don't expect immediate service at 5:00 during their rush hour people! The workers here are kind and really do try their best to help and give you the best prices. I witnessed the lady at the counter be patient with man who spoke limited English shipping a package to vietnam, and the other lady thanked her customer in military uniform for his service after she helped him. Customer service goes a loooong way. I received wonderful customer service here and we got my brothers package all set and shipped. read more

This location is located in a nice area. You walk in and right away are greeted with a smile and eagerness. We came in with a last minute program for my uncle funeral. They did not get bother when we said the short notice or time. Instead Jessica who is AWESOME!!! She is so nice, patient and made some awesome recommendations to help make the program beautiful. I also witness another employee who was so sweet and courteous to a customer who needed help Amal is awesome. I cannot express my thanks to Jessica and everyone there at fedex. I've used this location for years today was a highly unfriendly service with an employee named ernestine sadly right away you can tell she is an unhappy person or maybe having a bad day she was uncomfortable with helping me for the moment I walked in to print 50 invitations for my daughter birthday She was short unhelpful and seemed to not know how to help print my invitations I left without any products and probably won't be back to this location Unfortunately my money with be taken some where else with better service! read more

Ring binders, pocket folders, presentation folders, resume paper, photo paper, letterhead, invitations, thank-you notes, and a variety of notebooks, diaries and journals are also available here. This FedEx Office in Rancho Cucamonga is close to our house. We came here a couple of days ago to scan documents and it was low-priced. At that time, we also bought a notebook and a journal for a reasonable price. The inside of this place was clean and well-organized. Their overall service was also appreciable. read more

I am beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this team, specifically the closing employees on September 3. 2025. While I did not realize that they closed at 8 o'clock as I pulled up to the front and got out of my car a client was walking out and the female employee was quickly locking the door as I approached. I asked are you closed and pleaded because I had a code to print my daughter's homework and the girl turned around and walked away she told the male who I would assume was the leader or closing person in charge he walked to the door and said we're closed. I said I have something to print. Is there another location I can go to. He completely ignored me and walked away. Customer service is a dying breed, and I am so disappointed and frustrated that this team could not go above and beyond for a client or at least respectfully share another location. Again I realize they close at 8 o'clock, but there was a client leaving in that moment I wasn't shipping anything I had a code and they couldn't do this one action that is self service no client interaction needed and would've taken one minute to make somebody's day especially as there was still a client walking out of the store. This was just flat out rude, I understand them, not wanting to open the door, but to not even answer my question as I'm looking for another location in a panic is what made this experience so much worse. read more

Very confusing walking into this store. No hello from anyone working there, but lots of signs about printing. I had no idea where exactly to drop off my prepaid package. I found a desk in the middle of the store, while I waited in line, I saw a kiosk that offered to do it yourself. It said if you had a label to scan it and drop it in the box. So I scanned the label, and it told me the barcode was no good to see a customer service rep. I got back in line. Suddenly the printer goes off and prints something, so of course I grab it. I walk up to the desk tell the employee what happened. She said you got the receipt right? I respond I think. Are said are the last 4 digits wxyz? I say yes. She says well then your done. I'm okay, we'll why did it tell he the barcode wasn't legit? But whatever. I'd rather stick to UPS for any returns, they are much more helpful & friendly. read more

Sydney was amazing!!! I went in to ship 5 boxes using another Fedex account which I have not done before. I was not able to do it online and Sydney helped me through the whole process. I assumed that I would have to fill out forms but Sydney took care of me and I didnt fill out any paperwork :) The process was tedious on her end since she had to weigh and measure the boxes. Then type the address information into the system to generate all 5 shipping labels. During the 20 mins, she was professional, sincere and very helpful. Her upbeat positive energy was refreshing. As long as Sydney is working here, I'm only going to this Fedex Office location. Fedex Coporate - if you are reading this, Sydney is an asset to the team and lucky to have her on the team. read more

The African American lady with the long fake nails, long fake eyelashes and a piercing on her top lip is very unprofessional. She doesn't want to do any work and will literally tell you to go to another location to get serviced. Whenever I come to this location all the other employees are super helpful except for this lazy lady who seems like she doesn't want to grab anything more than five pounds so she doesn't break her nails. Unhappy staff, made simple shipping difficult I even told her I would pay for labels not for fed ex and she reminded me three times how much they are when I already told her I know and was fine with it. I emailed my labels she said they were links. I resent them right away and told the same associate, she looked at me and said one minute. 5 minutes go by I asked if someone can help me, they asked eachother where the associate that was helping me was and they said she went on her break!!!!! So instead of telling me she was going on break or co worker to help me, she made me wait!!!!! So unprofessional!! I've never experienced anything like that before. 6 staff members and 2 customers in this store when this happened. I went to the store on 4th street and I was helped right away. Worst service ever!! I had never had an issue getting in & out promptly from FedEx locations but I don't get why this location hires people that don't know how to do their job. Then they have a supervisor on site but doesn't have the ability to override a refund, I had to wait for them to call a manager to help walk them through it. The best customer service! I had a pretty large order that I needed taken care of, same day. Every employee that stepped in to help me was so nice and very helpful. To be honest, I stopped coming to this location about a year ago because the customer service was pretty horrible. I had to come to this location today because the other location didn't do large scale printing. Today was such a breath of fresh air, the store manager Cynthia and everyone that assisted her to get my order done was so kind.
