I was then treated to the tale of how this woman's son and grandson both had curvature of the spine and her grandson is a wrestler. Meanwhile my husband is coughing so hard he's passing out. In spite of her rudeness I got my husband in the car and made the almost one hour drive to the office. I asked if there was a chance my husband could be seen that day she flippantly informed us that doctor wasn't even in the office. I commented that that would have been nice to know when I called. She quite derisively replied that I hadn't asked. I admit that in my frustration I snipped that I didn't realize I had to ask and turned to help my husband back to the car. On our way out she made sure we heard her sarcastic verbal parting shot, "Nice." It doesn't matter how wonderful the doctor may be when the office staff act as if they're doing you a favor by deigning to speak at you.

It was requested that I bend my knee and when I tried to do this there were a lot of pain involved in making the movements. The nurse started in with what I perceived as a attitude that I was wasting the nurses time. Then the nurse proceeded to role her eyes and treat me as though I was inconveniencing her. I had X-Ray and received some medicine. My belief is that Nurses are God sent and maybe she had a bad. Perhaps she may like to find a different profession if she doesn't want to deal with patients.

I've had previously had my teeth cleaned at their office by a dental hygienist, but this was the first time I had services from Dr. Fredrickson, himself. All of the staff are very friendly, which is a plus, of course, but I was so impressed with the whole tooth filling process. I hardly was seated in the waiting room before they called me in to start my work. Everything was painless, well timed, and done with precision. Dr. Fredrickson, and the dental assistant worked seamlessly together, so my appointment took hardly any time at all. And I'm totally impressed that even with it being a brand new filling, I can run my tongue over any of my teeth and not be able to find the one that was filled. There are no rough edges or excessive filling material or anything but a slick, good feeling tooth - and it feels perfect when I bite down or chew.
